Great place

The space was clean, lots of sunlight and it’s private. We enjoyed the ac that worked really well and the bed is very comfortable. The weights and treadmill was a nice amenity. Responsive and friendly host, highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay. The apartment is zoned into two separate bedroom/bathroom suites with the kitchen/living area in the middle. It’s spacious and has an amazing view of the mountains and sunset to the south. We had certain special needs as my son was receiving cancer treatment at the time. Compassion was truly a compassionate host and sensitive to our needs.

Quiet place in a great location. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Our group of 3 friends had a great stay at Abel's condo. Very nice, clean and well-appointed unit in a convenient location. Abel is a very friendly and responsive host. We'd certainly request to stay at his condo in the future if ever in Las Cruces again.

We enjoyed the time we spent here in the condo. It was comfortable and relaxing inside and out. Great location to the city of Las Cruces and all that was available to see.

Mark was so great to deal with. He responded quickly to requests, made sure we had everything we needed, and was there if we did need anything. The place was clean, comfortable, was well stocked, and had two bathrooms (a bonus)!! There was some traffic noise, but it wasn't that bad at all.

Cynthia was a superb host! We happened to be on our honeymoon and she left a special gift for us…so thoughtful. Cynthia’s home was well appointed, great layout, beautifully decorated and was super quiet. So close to historic Mesilla with nice shops and great restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed for 2 weeks and we felt very comfortable. We liked it was very safe and our boys enjoyed the pool almost every day. Since I work remotely, I did miss to have an office desk at this place, but we managed to work from the dining area. Internet was very fast and reliable. We felt like home and I really appreciate the fast response when I requested to extend our stay. Thank you very much!

I travel back and forth every two weeks from California to Las Cruces NM. And I have been doing this for the past year. Out of all my Air B&B locations I have stayed at this has been my favorite one so far. The house was very clean and accommodating. I would be looking to stay at this location if available in the near future and would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Las Cruces to consider this location before looking at others.

We had to scramble to find a place after the first Airbnb was double booked. NMS graduation weekend. Luckily found David’s listing — it was a very nice condo (2 bd/2bath). And he accepted my 8 lb dog. It was clean, the beds were nice and it was located conveniently to other family members, great restaurants, and the university. When I saw the listing, I did not remember it stating being on the second floor with a lot of steps. That was fairly difficult for me, but I had my daughter and SIL with me, so they did the loading and unloading of car for all of us. David said he would check to make sure that the second floor and steps were listed. The three of us were pleased with the rental and would highly recommend for others.

Couldn’t have picked a better Airbnb to stay before my best friends wedding. Clean, beautiful backyard and easy to get around town! El Paso is my heart and this house made us feel at home. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent location for us. Very private. Had all we needed and we felt very at home and comfortable. Much larger than we expected! It was a great place! I’d come back again when I’m El Paso!!

This house is a fantastic choice for family gatherings, equipped with all the essential amenities. Its cleanliness is outstanding and prioritizes safety for young children, particularly around the swimming pool. The location is also a major plus, with grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. We can't wait for another chance to stay here. Really nice home for our family of 5, with room for more. Nice stopover on our way home to Texas from California. Michael was great to deal with, very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay on our next time through.

Amazing host, beautiful home. We appreciated the ability to bring our dog. The only issue was out of the host's hands. There were several dogs in the neighboring homes that barked day and night. The home is well insulated so they didn't disturb us indoors but the beautiful patio area was less than peaceful because of this. Luckily our dog isn't reactive or if would have been a barking war:) Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay! Hosts were very responsive, and the house and all its amenities were beyond expectations. 10/10
