Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in a gated community, next to the Hotel La Motilla. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with everything you need. Very well connected, 100 meters from the metrobus stop. Surrounded by all amenities, shopping malls, restaurants, leisure area, park, etc. The common areas are adapted for people with limited mobility. No parking problems in the area.

The place is amazing ! You do have your own pool and BBQ area oasis , in a dusty industrial part of the town … but a short drive to Dos Hermanas and you are on a 20min train to Seville central … so we loved it ! And great value . Don’t get us wrong , the accommodation is fantastic and clean and not dusty , as you are behind walls and a very secure gate ! We wanted to stay longer !

Esperanza is an excellent host. Her husband is also very kind. I have booked a taxi on Saturday night to get to the train station very early today Sunday. On the day of arrival, my train was delayed almost three hours and I arrived later than expected and Esperanza was attentive and helpful at all times. I recommend it!!!

A stunning property, I enjoyed my stay here, the host Manuel was very responsive and very hospitable, answering any questions quickly. the property is stunning and spacious, well stocked, with many amenities that come within the property that are very helpful, very peaceful surroundings , private settings and great location to airport 15/20mins and also 15/20mins to Sevilla centro. Many thanks to this host, i will be certain to stay again here

We had an unforgettable stay at Roasanna’s beautiful house. The house is conveniently located for making trips into Seville. The neighbourhood is peaceful and pleasant. The house and the garden are the perfect place to spend time together and make memories. Rosanna was very communicative and helpful with some great recommendations for things to do and very responsive to any queries. We’d strongly recommend a stay here

i had a comfortable stay at this place and I strongly recommend this if you need a peaceful place. Downtown is on a walking distance. Apartment is modern, bright and clean with all the facilities that makes me feel like a home.Carlos and his assistant are super friendly and cooperative.
