You are booking a 2018 lovingly renovated and furnished approx. 80 square meter apartment in the beautiful Wendland. The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. You want to escape the big city, cycle, swim, sit on the Elbe in the evening with a wine or beer or just enjoy the beautiful nature? Maybe you want to relocate your home office to the countryside? Wifi is available! Then this WHG right next to the old town is just the thing! By train currently from Berlin to Wittenberge, by bus to Lenzen. From Hamburg by train to Dannenberg (from both destinations I offer a shuttle service to Dömitz.)

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

At the confluence of Sude/Rögnitz (on the property) you can watch beavers and nutrias. Simply ideal for relaxing and hiking. The floor area is about 100 square meters.

The small apartment of about 50 square meters has a separate entrance and is located on the first floor. There is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (easy to move as needed), 1 living room with a pull-out sofa bed, 1 entrance area with dining table and bookcase, kitchen and bathroom.
