Andre es muy buen anfitrion!! Y muy amable y amigable. La propiedad es muy linda y es tal cual esta en la fotos!! Me senti como en casa! Andres fue de mucha ayuda con su guia de restaurante y supermecardos, Con instruciones clara. Mis hijos e esposa le encanto la propiedad Unos de los mejores airbnb que me eh hospedado en la capital. Cuando vuelva a visitar santo domingo voy a regresar a la propiedad de andres!! 100% lo recomiendo a todos!! Gracias Andres por todo!!

This place is amazing! A little serene piece of heaven. very spacious, clean and quiet. If you need a getaway to recharge, this is the place. The rooftop view is breath taking!

Cet hébergement etait tout simplement magnifique. Un dépaysement en étant déjà en voyage ! Petite maison très mignonne, idéalement agencée avec les moustiquaires, très agréable à habiter. De plus c’est très bien placé, à 50 m de la plage et proches des restaurants et bars. François s’est montré très accueillant et arrangeant, aux petits soins. Si je reviens a las terrenas je ferai sûrement de nouveau appel à lui !

This home was just like the pictures. Comfortable, beautiful and had everything you could need away from home. The extra games and pool toys were a huge bonus due to traveling with my 1 and 4 yr old. There were enough towels and linens. The washer and dryer made coming home with clean clothes a plus! The pool and amenities were great. This is a perfect home for a family! One con was trying to locate the home. The streets do not have names and even security was a little stumped on how to locate the exact unit. Getting to the location was a breeze, but finding the correct unit once there was a bit tricky. However, the host was responsive, and guided us to the home. There were small mini markets close by but we went to La Romana ( a city about 30 minutes away) to go to Jumbo ( similar to a small Walmart) to get our food and essentials since we were visiting family there anyway. Overall great stay and we will be back!! You will need a car to get around but beaches and activities are close!

Quiet location, very nice and spacious place.

Alexander is very friendly and a fantastic host. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again. The home was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and close to the local public beach and within walking distance to Santa Fe, which is a great place to visit as well. The restaurant, Maria’s, is just a short walk away and very delicious.

Aguas Haus ist ein wahres Kleinod: in einem ruhigen Garten liegt es mit seiner Veranda mit fünf Minuten vom Strand entfernt und Restaurants, Bars, Beachclubs und ein Minimarkt sind gleich um die Ecke und dennoch hat man das Gefühl, abgeschieden zu sein. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist super. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über genügend Klimaanlagen und Ventilatoren, wenn man sich abkühlen möchte. Agua ist eine total offene, freundliche und sympathische Gastgeberin. Sie war sehr proaktiv und ich habe mich sofort bei ihr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann jedem diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Francisco was the absolute best host. He was incredibly accommodating with any questions or requests we had but just went above and beyond with recommendations and coordinating things in Sosua. We had the best time. The space was perfect for our family of 3, it was spacious and comfortable. The pool and private jacuzzi were a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, jedoch ist die Unterkunft für 4 Personen angegeben, was nicht zutreffend ist. Auf dem Schlafsofa kann nur eine Person schlafen.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Pauli. The house is grand, tasteful and spotless. The 1km walk to the spectacular beach was a daily treat (really) with beautiful landscaping throughout Residence Esperanza (and other breathtaking properties to gawk at). We loved Chef Luis’ delicious dinners (cheaper than eating out!). This is a tastefully decorated and expansive Villa, with lots of comfortable spots to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We all loved our stay. And, we took a particular shine to Nanci, our very hard-working, diligent and charming caretaker. Nanci made our holiday extra special. We hope to return. Thanks to all.

Hervorragende Unterkunft, perfekter Service durch Stefano, der unsere Fragen immer zeitnah beantwortet hat. Nice to know, aber nicht als Kritik an der Unterkunft gedacht: - Es hat Hunde in der Nachbarwohnung, welche sich denselben Garten teilen, wie die Gäste. - Während unserem Aufenthalt gab es relativ viele Moskitos.

My family loved this house and had an excellent time staying here. The house itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from the spacious and cozy living areas to the well appointed bedrooms. The outdoor spaces, garden, stunning views, and the pool provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun. The home’s location allowed us to easily explore the beautiful beaches and natural wonders in the area. Sue and Steve, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. I can’t recommend this vacation home enough.

THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME! LOCATION, LOCATION! If you're looking for a resort vibe, without the inclusive pricing, you have found it! SO convenient to everything from grocery, to restaurants, live music AND a beautiful beach club with the ability to WALK everywhere within minutes (some even SECONDS)! You can walk endlessly on the beach in either direction along that turquoise water! It was quiet enough to relax on the front porch OR take a 5 second walk and listen to live music. The uber from the airport was a BREEZE, no car was needed for anything! Darleny was amazing and helped us with suggestions and regular communication! It was an added bonus to have some kitchen basics provided (coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper) We travel frequently and this was one of our favorite AIRBNB's for it's overall convenience and checking the box of a resort feel without the crowd, price and a whole lot more space than only a hotel room! BOOK IT!

the best ever nice 3 bedrooms with a pool ,Jack was on point with everything ,he was available to take my call at any time ,my next visit to sosua and the surrounding areas will most definitely be in the residencial Hispaniola

I absolutely loved this house! It had plenty of space for my family and me, and the neighborhood was fantastic. The home was spotless and smelled amazing when we arrived, making us feel instantly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for another vacation!

As always, we loved our stay at Nancy's place. It's so convenient, it's clean, it's quiet, and there's plenty of space. This is our first choice every time we go back to visit Cocotal. And, Nancy is very good at communicating with us each time. Once we arrive, Johnny and Rita are waiting for us and if we need anything at all during our stay, or have a question, they are always available. We highly recommend this property!

Elegir la casa de Frédérique para quedarnos 6 noches en Las Galeras fue, por lejos, la mejor decisión que pudimos haber tomado. La casa, con su inmenso jardín prolijamente cuidado y poblado de plantas y árboles, está ubicada a solo 1 cuadra de “La Playita”, una de las playas más lindas de Samaná. Sin embargo, lo más sobresaliente de nuestra estadía fue la amabilidad y calidez de la anfitriona. Cada mañana nos esperaba en su galería con un desayuno repleto de frutas frescas exquisitas, pan calentito, manteca, dulces, fiambres, acompañado por supuesto de café dominicano, yogurt y jugos. Pudimos probar de su propio jardín agua de coco y “bananas” con las cuales hasta cocino un delicioso postre, que luego nos convidó. No solo nos sentimos muy acompañados por Frédérique, sino por sus adorables perros “Muñeca” y “Caramelo”, fieles compañeros en la playa, guías en nuestras salidas de trekking y guardaespaldas en todo momento. Experiencia inolvidable. Gracias por todo. Fran y Agus.
