A beautiful place with a beautiful view. Everything is impeccable and clean. The service from the reception, the cleaning people, all very helpful and willing, especially Anthony, who was our contact at all times, always very attentive. Very quick and timely communication with the host for any questions. Everyone together made our stay very pleasant.

I had a wonderful stay at Chalet Tropical! The place was cozy, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. It’s a short walk to the beach, and the staff were super friendly. We also took a day trip to Salto El Limón — about an hour’s drive away — and it was absolutely worth it. I’d definitely stay here again!

Monte Placido was just what we needed, we had spent 2 weeks in Las Terrenas in an area that was extremely noisy at night and was ruining our holiday. Don and Diana allowed us to move up our reservation and come and relax in their beautiful and tranquil surroundings. It all worked, fantastic views, great pool area, very nice lodging which was well equipped. Transportation was easy enough with local community taxis, moto conchos as well as the on-site transportation option available from Don and Diana. Not to mention the available groceries delivery from the two local markets. Great local beaches and nice restaurants are in Las Terrenas. There is wonderful gardens surrounding this hilltop paradise. All the residences are very private yet it’s a wonderful setting to meet your neighbours as well. All this combined with tons of local knowledge provided by Don and Diana made our time spent there (9weeks) go all too quickly. We would totally recommend this experience. Dan / Janice

We've been in Cadaques before, unfortunately living in another apartment, belonging to another host (Greta-complete failure, not recommended!). Cristina's apartment and its service deserve the highest possible ratings ! Very clean, well-equipped, smart, and functionally designed, well located in the resort. Contacting the host - instant and very efficient (change of linens, cleaning, etc.) Cristina is simply the model of a good host ! In our opinion, the resort itself is beautiful and perfect for both short and longer stays. With a small, atmospheric church on its premises (Mass on Sundays at 11:30 am). Beautiful, clean beach, not many people on the sun loungers, artificial but very interesting coral reef by the shore with lots of species of fish ( we saw over 100 during a parody stay), directly behind the "fence" national park, a very nice Turquesa restaurant, cool pools, an unpopular mini-waterpark for the kids. Great !

I went for my girls birthday trip. I can say I enjoyed the stay. The house was very nice and clean look like the pictures. The neighborhood was very quiet and secured with cameras & security I loved it. It’s a most I’ll be back soon
