Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Masaryk Apartment

A few steps from the historical center of Český Krumlov, in a well-maintained villa from the First Republic, we offer a spacious, sunny, newly renovated apartment for sleeping and relaxing. The villa is located in a quiet location and has its own parking space for residents. The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. Do you want to have a good breakfast in the morning? For a small fee, we will arrange a PERFECT BREAKFAST in a cafe just around the corner!!

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

It is an ideal oasis of peace for couples, families with children and enthusiastic travelers who want to discover the beauty of South Bohemia. The entire area is literally surrounded by greenery, so you can enjoy privacy and relaxation. 🐾 Dogs are welcome 🔥 Outside: gas grill, fire pit and covered seating area 🛋️ Inside: bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen ⏰Checkout is not until 12:00 p.m.!

Apartment cottage Moderna

Modern apartment cottage on the shore of the pond Čekanov will offer you an oasis of peace after returning from many tourist destinations in the area :) You can cool off in the pool, or your dogs in the pond right in front of the cottage... You will enjoy a private outdoor inflatable hot tub heated to 40 degrees... The cottage offers modern facilities, fireplace insert, underfloor heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and other facilities for cooking. Basic ingredients and utensils for tea and coffee are a matter of course.

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cozy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of historic downtown Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated with a focus on detail, comfort, and functionality. The centerpiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

A Riverside Retreat

Our private and cozy apartment blends old-world charm with essential amenities, offering a genuine taste of life in this fairy-tale riverside town. From our garden, you can view resident beavers going about their evening routines, herons fishing in the shallows, and waterfowl paddling with and against the current. This five-hundred-year-old house retains its traditional character with original architectural details and thick stone walls, while thoughtful updates ensure modern comfort.

Suite no. 2

Suite for four, ground floor, 3 guests + extra bed This lovely suite for four situated on the ground floor has a separate entrance hall with the door leading to a generously proportioned kitchen which is equipped with a microwave oven, electric hob, electric kettle, fridge, basic cooking utensils, dining table, sofa bed for 2 guests. The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

Chalupa U Čmeláka

A luxuriously equipped cottage for all who love unspoiled nature and still like to indulge in luxury accommodation. There is a spacious garden with a pergola and a terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.

Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov

Wake to a view over the green garden and old orchard, above which rise the castle, St. Vitus Church and the entire historic centre. A design apartment with luxurious furnishings and the feeling of home. Free parking right by the house, the centre 10 minutes on foot. Lipno 30 minutes by car, Šumava National Park within an hour — the densest network of marked trails in the Czech Republic begins practically at the door.

LIPAA home & free parking

Welcome to this spacious and serene accommodation. The cottage is located in a garden full of flowers, trees, strawberries, hydrangeas, butterflies and songbirds. You will share the garden with us. We love animals, nature and the dog Pátek, who lives with us. LIPAA is 3 minutes from the bus station. You can run down the hill to the center in less than 10 minutes. Parking is included, city tax 50 CZK/person/day.

The apartment features a bright and spacious bedroom with a luxurious double bed, complemented by soft textures and neutral tones. The bathroom, equipped with modern amenities, includes a shower set within the original historical arch of the house, adding unique character to the space.
