We really enjoyed our stay at Audrey’s place. She was also immediately responsive to any questions we had. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that was our only critique of the stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for walkability to Old Town and the train station.

This was our second stay at Remario's apartment, we loved it just as much as last time. The place is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and stylish. The location is perfect for the train station, where it is very quick and easy to get trains out to various destinations for day trips. Check in was great and communication with the host was excellent. Definitely recommend it, and plan to return.

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Erwin and Liliane were extremely welcoming, kind I trusted the other reviews and I was right, they took care of us all week. We couldn't think of a better way, an AirBnb welcome as it's hard to find today An incredible view of the mountains and sea, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again to them

Beautiful location. Amazing house with well appointed interiors. As depicted in the pictures. We loved it. Great for big families/Groups. Within driving distance for all the best places around.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's. It is very well located (you can walk to the village) while being quiet and spacious. The house was spotless and welcoming.

Old fisherman's house, beautifully restored, clean, convenient, tastefully decorated, and very well located above a pretty bookstore, in a square, close to the waterfront and close to all amenities. The description and photos of the listing perfectly match the reality of the place. Hosts were particularly welcoming, very responsive and accurate before and during the stay. The villa was exactly what is shown on the ad and would highly recommend booking the villa if you have a large group! We went for a hen party and the villa was perfect for the occasion! Severine who was our host was soo lovely and accommodating to our needs. She was easily contactable and super flexible. The location of the villa was great and provided breathtaking views although a little tricky for Ubers to locate so need to amend the pin to the exact location as the villa is located up a sharp turn where drivers can’t easily locate. The villa is extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for our long weekend. The host supplied also kindly supplied a welcome bottle of Bellini and crisps / dips which was a lovely touch! Highly recommend and would come back again!

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

the stay at stephane's house was really pleasant, comfortable home and equipped with everything you need, conveniently located for supermarkets and restaurants, I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Lena's. The apartment is impeccable, the view from the balcony is superb. Being able to park the car in the residence's free private parking is a big plus. We will come back without hesitation!

The place was very convenient with its parking space and the Lidle supermarket just downstairs. We enjoyed our stay very much and the apartment is very well-equipped: electric shutters, kitchen equipment including Airfryer, washing machine/dryer etc. Perfect for a family. The accommodation is spacious and very clean. We were able to cook, do our laundry etc. and the living room TV is great and there are Netflix accounts already set up for guests in multiple languages. The decor is modern and the LED lights make the apartment even more pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!
