Such a sweet Place inside of the House. This Cute Terasse and the Lake. Just be aware that there are more Buildings around as it looks like on the Pictures., as well broken down things. As well Aircon is only in one Room.

The house is big and spacious, very nice and new. The real thing is much more beautiful than the pictures. The swimming pool is wide. Parking in the area of the house for many cars. The location is quiet and peaceful. There are only green colors. The surrounding area has 8 houses that are rented out, but they do not disturb each other. And there are also people and security guards. Feel safe. If you have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai, I will come back to stay again.

We stayed 7 nights and it wasn’t enough. An awesome base for taking trips around the area if you want a gorgeous and peaceful setting. Paul is a great cook and the lobby, dining area is so grand and impressive. Loved all the Thai decor and buildings. Water lilies blooming in the ponds! Dolly arranged two massages for me in their spa. It is literally a compound with everything you need! They did our laundry, took us places and helped us arrange trips- absolutely everything we needed was provided. Dolly and Paul are so kind and welcoming. The room was immaculate and cleaned each day. The pool area is GORGEOUS and should be in a magazine. I can’t say enough great things about Jasmine Hills! We got to use their bikes, see the rice harvested with the temples on the hill in the background! Paul took us on several outings and is so informative and smart. Absolutely I would highly recommend to stay here!!!!

It's really amazing, brand new villa, the host is super beautiful, the service is also very thoughtful, I really like this huge swimming pool, there is also a huge stereo, highly recommended, very comfortable stay!Their pictures are not very good, the villa is actually so beautiful, the one I took is what it looks like🥰

+ A really pretty listing located in a remote part of town, great for a quick getaway. Perfect for a friend group, as you can unwind and enjoy the serene and peaceful surroundings together. The listing is quite clean and has all the amenities you would need. - The wifi is not great, so I wouldn’t consider it if I have to work. There are multiple closets, but most are being used to store the host’s stuffs

Staying with Apple and Toshi was one of the most peaceful and memorable experiences I’ve had on my journey. From the moment I arrived, they treated me like family. They picked me up from the airport with a warm welcome and even greeted me with a refreshing organic lemonade tonic that set the tone for the rest of my stay. Their property is incredibly clean, serene, and surrounded by nature. They provided me with a bike that led to a beautiful ride through the local landscape, and the access to jungle walks nearby was absolutely breathtaking. But the real highlight? The food. Every single meal they prepared was made with such love and care absolutely phenomenal! You can taste the quality and intention in every bite and a lot of their ingredients were from their garden. Apple and Toshi are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about your experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic Chiang Mai stay with amazing hosts, look no further. The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat, this is the best option — extremely private, with everything you need. The views matched the photos exactly, and Carsten was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for your great hospitality; I will definitely come again!

I loved this place it was perfect for my morning journal and gratitude list. such a lovely family. I got myself in a situation outside of residence I lost my passport and credit cards also 2 phones. Kao went our of her way to help me also Anthony who lives there. within 12 hours everything that I lost was handed in by various village people and kao help retrieve all items. absolutely speechless how much she and Anthony done for me also her father Abdul. from having my life taken away from loosing everything to having it all back is amazing. The people if the local villages also full of complete honesty and wouldnt except any money in return. I will be back for sure I felt so grounded there apart from mishap which was self inflicted outside of property. P.S. dint drink and drive maybe that can give you some explanation to what happened to me. Thanks again all those at earthstay XXX
