A beautiful apartment with an incredible view of the bay. Close by to Old Town and lots of other activities. The apartment had lots of little things that made us feel right at home and the bed was super comfy! 😊

Great flat, recommend Zeljko's place. We enjoyed our short stay, got to enjoy the swimming pool with a view and it is walkable distance from old kotor!

The apartment is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all the areas has to offer. We had 5 great days driving around the area and the apartment is central to everything including a few really good local restaurants. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the view is fantastic. Igor is a very nice person and gave us a lot of local tips. He was very helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. Very strong recommendation for your holiday to Kotor.

Mijo’s place is truly a piece of paradise! Perfectly located, yet away from the hustle and bustle. We loved having the private pontoon, being able to swim every day and relax on the sun loungers. Upon arrival, we found the fridge stocked with soft drinks, water, beer and even delicious cakes! Mijo and his family are lovely, friendly people, and made us feel extremely welcome and well looked after. We cannot recommend Mijo’s property enough! 10/10!

I think the location of the house is the best in the Kotor Bay. You can find a perfect route for walking or cafes and restaurants in the area. The house was perfect, there is a garden and pier for guests use. Just pass the street amd you will reach the sea. Also Jovan was really helpful and hospitable, his family prepared a cake with fruits and offered us local wine. Probably i will come this place every summer :)

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We stayed 5 nights and made good use of the bikes we could borrow. Just 2 miles to Kotor Old Town with many restaurants, there are also restaurants and supermarkets near the apartment. We had a side balcony which had sun until about 3pm. Perfect location, we hope to return.

The place is beautiful with spectacular view of the bay and mountains- breathtaking ! The place is very clean - spacious, has everything you will need. Vera is super nice- extremely helpful as a person, but also very kind hearted, guided us really well on going about the local areas, stayed up late for us to check in.

We booked for 2 days. Dobrota is very close to kotora and a little quieter, there is no parking problem, so we chose a place in this area. We were going to stay for 2 days at first, then we extended it for 1 more day because we liked it and it was available. The house is beautifully furnished as in the photos, the furniture and design are new, and it is very clean. Also, when we entered the house, it was incredibly clean. Everything was sparkling clean and smelled great. In addition, the host's answers to needs or questions were very quick and helpful. It was Sunday when we went and it was a rule in Montenegro, all markets are closed on Sundays. I asked her where we could get our needs like shampoo and soap at home on Sunday, and she went and brought it to us unused and did not charge us. They were incredibly helpful. I thank Andjelca for her help at home, for the milicaya and for her guidance. It was a great experience, everything was great, thank you. If I go to Karadağ again, I can stay there again. I would definitely recommend it

We had an awesome stay! Apartment is very well equipped with stunning panoramic view from the balcony accross the Kotor bay area. Self-check-in and out was smooth and very much appreciated. Milica was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended, would love to come back!

We very much enjoyed staying in L&J apartment 5, one of the top floor apartments. The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and it has a large terrace with nice view on the water of Kotor Bay, from which you can see all the big ships and small boats go by. Good furniture on the terrace , which makes it very comfortable to sit there. The location of the apartment is great for visiting Kotor, it is a 15 minute walk along the waterfront to Kotor. Parking places in Kotor are always full, so you donot want to go there by car (the apartments have their own closed parking space). Dobrota has a long waterfront promenade with restaurants, on which it is nice to stroll. The hosts Veliborka and Marko are very friendly, they give good instructions how to reach the apartment, communication with them is easy and they always react quickly. We absolutely recommend L&J apartments !

Had a brilliant stay at Tatiana’s place. Tatiana was incredibly responsive throughout and let us have a later check out, which was really helpful with children. The apartment itself is great. Has everything that you need, is as described and clean. The view from the balcony was an absolute highlight for us. We spent every evening on the balcony - the view is something we will miss. There is also a pool, which my kids really enjoyed. The apartment itself is located about 1 hours walk from Kotor old town, but it is a nice walk along the beach front. Taxi’s are also easily accessible. We actually really enjoyed the area where the apartment itself is located. A little quieter than the busier old town- but still with a beautiful beach/promenade.There is a great restaurant nearby- where you can swim in the sea - which was great. Our kids loved it. There is also a park, a shop and a brilliant bakers within walking distance. Would recommend!

Booking this place is the best thing you can do for yourself. It’s extremely clean, beautiful, new and luxurious. It has everything you can possibly need and even more! The bathtub with the view on Kotor Bay is perfect. There’s a place to park. The communication with the host was great as well. Happy we ended up here!

I had an exceptional stay at Dan's place! The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby restaurants, shops and the waterfront! The apartment itself was immaculate and very well-appointed, with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a greatly appreciated floor heating which is not very common in the area. The host was super responsive and accommodating, providing clear instructions and local recommendations. The highlight of my stay was relaxing on the terrace with its stunning views. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kotor and I look forward to returning on my next trip!

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! I would urge you to stay at Karen's beautiful apartment if you are considering a trip to Montenegro!

The apartment has everything you need for a family with an infant or toddler, from a crib to baby chair, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The only recommendation for the host is to get rid of some of the furniture. When looking for a place, the address didn't show up on Google maps, so please create a pin for your Airbnb, so people can find it easily.
