Es hat einen bequemen Lounge-Sessel mit Fußteil, also Füße hochlegen & den Sonnenuntergang über´m Goldeck genießen. Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Per raggiungere il golf mini attraversate il paese verso le montagne di roccia e venti metri prima di arrivare sulla strada che porta in valle a sinistra c'è l'indicazione del Golf mini.

Jede unserer geräumigen Ferienwohnungen verfügt über mindestens einen Balkon und lädt zum Genießen der Nachmittagssonne ein. Mit einer Größe zwischen ca. 40 bis 56 qm² ist genügend Platz für Wanderer, Paare oder Familien mit Kindern. Sie sind allesamt urig gemütlich eingerichtet und bieten alles was man braucht. Zur Ausstattung der Wohnungen gehören Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sowie ein Fön. Für alle Wohnungen steht ebenso freies WLAN bereit. Homeoffice ist also kein Hindernis!
