Vacation rentals with beach access in Djursholm

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). We had a great two day stay at Lena’s! The apartment is attached to her home, she provides total privacy and is very responsive to any requests or needs. The house is a minute walk to the bus stop and the city center and main sights in Stockholm are accessible through public transportation. Uber to these sights is also affordable if needed or in a hurry. The cozy apartment was a great place for resting and cooking at the end of the day ! Would definitely recommend and love to stay hear again if visiting Stockholm.

The apartment fully met the expectations. The location was perfect with the subway right across the road and just a short walk to the grocery store. The host responded quickly to our inquiry and provided good service. Easy check-in and good locking systems made us feel safe in the building. All in all, we have had a great 4-day stay.

We stayed at Christian and Jaquemine's place for 30 days, and it was our first Airbnb experience. The flat is in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The nearby areas are perfect for hiking, with beautiful lakes, islets, beaches, and green forests with deer and other wildlife. Although the location seems far from the city on the map, frequent buses to Slussen take just 30 minutes, making it easy to reach the city centre whenever we wanted. I worked remotely during our stay, and the internet connection and workspace were excellent. The flat has everything one might need, and we never had issues wanting specific items, making it ideal for longer stays. I slept in both sleeping areas, and both were comfortable and spacious. The hosts were welcoming and kind. When my flight was postponed, they kindly offered to store my luggage even after check-out. They provided many thoughtful offers, showing how helpful and caring they are. I have no complaints and highly recommend it!

We just returned after a fantastic week in Fredrik's house on Storholmen, Stockholm. It is a real home with a wonderfully welcoming and personal atmosphere. Lots of books and games and maps and nice places to sit in the sun or shade playing board games and read - both inside and outside. We swam and rowed in Fredrik's boats and ran round the island clockwise and anti-clockwise. A truly memorable and special place. My warmest recommendations!! Claus DK

Our time at this place was just fantastic! From the first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness and coziness of the house were outstanding, and the lovingly designed details of the furnishings inspired us again and again. The sauna and fireplace in particular perfectly rounded off our stay and provided unforgettable moments of well-being. An absolute highlight was the snowfall on New Year's Eve, which turned the already picturesque surroundings into a true winter wonderland. Staying at this lakeside house by Kroksjön was an exceptional experience. The cleanliness was impeccable everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The fireplaces were a highlight. Both the traditional wood-burning and modern styles created a warm, cozy atmosphere in the evenings a perfect way to unwind in the middle of nature. The private hot tub overlooking the lake was absolutely amazing. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by peaceful nature was incredibly relaxing and added a special touch to the whole experience. The house is surrounded by pure nature, peaceful, serene, and filled with the calming sound of birdsong. Wallbox charger for our electric car was a major convenience. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in Kristin's and Anders' beautifully renovated soldier's cottage with the highest possible standard. We loved the hot tub, the dock and the view. Anders and Kristin are dream hosts who fix everything and give lots of tips. I needed a small desk to work at and then they fixed it right away. They also gave us copies, tips on great restaurants and curiosities about the surroundings. Thank you so much! We will come back and can highly recommend this idyllic gem! ❤️

A very nice cottage that we rented for a group of 5 people for two days. Very fresh and nice, perfect for a little “get away” from Stockholm.

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

Everything went great! Lina was very kind, accepted us a little earlier than the check-in time, for which we are grateful. It's quiet and peaceful nearby, there is a park where you can walk and very beautiful nature. There is a transport nearby that can take you anywhere. Everything is comfortable and very cozy. There are also supermarkets with everything you need. Plus places to eat. We are very grateful for the warm welcome🥰!!

Perfect base for our adventures in Stockholm. Apartment has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay. Located in a peaceful area of traditional Swedish homes it feels like living like a local. Anita and Hannah are such friendly hosts, it was a pleasure to stay with them. Having a sauna in the apartment was unique - great for a typical Swedish experience…but also handy for drying the laundry! Would definitely stay again when visiting Stockholm.

Absolutely loved our stay at Stefan’s place. He was a very friendly and accommodating host, easy to communicate with, and made us feel warmly welcome from the start. The apartment was exactly as advertised – nicely decorated, well-equipped, and in a peaceful building despite being right in the heart of “Knivsöder.” The highlight was definitely the narrow balcony with its charming glimpse of the water – perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. The fold-out couch was surprisingly comfortable thanks to the proper mattress, and everything we needed was on hand. The only drawback was the spotty internet connection, especially from the bed. Online meetings worked from the kitchen counter (albeit not at lightning speed), so we assume this is more about the router’s location near the front door and the thick walls than the service itself. Hopefully Stefan can improve it with a repeater or router upgrade – in which case the stay would easily go from five to “six stars.”

We had an excellent experience at Egon's apartment. The apartment is in a calm neighborhood outside the city center, but accessible with a train less than 10 minutes away. It is especially convenient when flying in and from Arlanda Airport. There is an inlet with a park to walk around very close by, which we visited. The main house has a beautiful garden, with cherry trees that were blossoming. About Egon, he was very friendly and reachable since the beginning, his instructions were very helpful .

My family and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The highlight for me was the beautiful, newly built glassed-in terrace—such a perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location couldn’t be better—beautiful views, access to public transit and just a short walk to a great selection of restaurants. Host was very good to check in and quickly answer questions. We loved our stay and hope to be back.
