Apartment vacation rentals in District 8

Just competed my final stay at Thu’s apartment, I’m so glad I booked this apartment for my majority of my time in Vietnam, Thu is a suburb host that gives details when needed, but gives you total privacy and respect while using her apartment. Thu always replies to messages super quickly! Absolutely grew to love the area around the apartment and found so many fantastic new restaurants and places to hang out around the apartment. Really hope this apartment is available for when I am in Vietnam in january!

Amazing stay! This studio has everything you need. Not too far from the main city center of District 1. Phu My Hung is right down the street if you like a more quite time. Overall a great experience! Will stay again!

Xelu is a really nice and supportive host. The house in reality looks exactly like the images on Airbnb. Spacious living room, cozy and full lighting bedrooms, good smell, relaxing view. I definitely will comeback one day :)

Amazing place, and the hosts are wonderful and responsive. I think this is a great area for families visiting HCMC longer-term. It's a bit farther from the city center, but has a lot of family-oriented amenities, like playgrounds and walking areas. And getting to the city center is still only around 30 minutes by car/motorbike. The apartment itself was clean with nice beds, blackout curtains. Very quiet, except for some karaoke during festival times. Great views! The neighborhood is filled with great small restaurants and many markets. It's also easy to get to District 7, which has malls with fancier shopping and big supermarkets. For those concerned about pollution, this area is probably quite a bit better than being in the city center. It's set far back from the highway, and surrounded by green areas and ponds. Trung, one of the hosts, also drives a van, and took our family on a nice trip to the Mekong delta. Overall, highly recommended, especially for longer-term and families.

This apartment is amazing. It makes me feel at home. Walkable distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Unit is nice and clean with big jug of water, which I love. Would definitely stay here again during my next visit. Host is helpful and flexible with checkin!

The AC worked well, wifi was fast. A pool on the 3rd floor. a couple convenience stores nearby, and a mall/market aound the corner. Good price. I was glad I stayed there

I can't say much because I only stay a few hours because of a flight change, but I can say Rachel is super friendly and the place is spotless and smells nice. Thanks again!
