Vacation rentals with a patio in District 6

It's nice to be away from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, so you can work quietly or go to the many affordable restaurants and cafes around the accommodation. The bedding is clean and the apartment complex is well maintained, so you can rest comfortably. Recommended for long-term stays

Host met me downstairs to assist me with check in! Gave very helpful instructions for access to the room, and let me check in early! Entry to the building was somewhat confusing, but with his help, it was very easy and stress free!

They were wonderful hosts, super accommodating for my personal needs. Made checking in and out really easy and smooth. And AMAZING guidebook recommendations from them. I discovered and explored such good places in HCMC from them. Place was clean and comfy. I will definitely book with them again for my future HCMC visits, either same place or try out their other listings too! Note: My specific room didn’t have a personal TV, but the other rooms in the place do have it. Ngan is a fantastic and responsive host! The coffee shop on the ground floor is lovely, and their breakfast is absolutely delicious. While there’s no elevator, the staff were incredibly supportive, carrying our luggage to our room on the second floor without any extra charge (and they even politely refused tips!). We will definitely return if we need a place to stay between District 10 and 3!

Very convent for Grab transport to where we wished to go. Great breakfast and coffee spots nearby. For a similar itinerary as us, not heavy on District one, we’d stay again

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, so I'm planning to stay again. ^^

Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.

Located in District 8 (approximately 20 minutes drive to the more touristy areas), the apartment is comfortable and clean with access to a shared pool, play area and small shops. This is a good location with children if visiting HCMC with a young family and preferring to be outside of the hustle and bustle of the City
