Review: 2-Bedroom Apartment in District 1 – Great Location & Top-Notch Amenities I recently stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment in District 1, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and spacious. It’s fully furnished, so there’s no need to buy anything extra. Both bedrooms have large windows, letting in plenty of natural light, which makes the space feel even more open and airy. What impressed me the most were the amenities: • A large, clean swimming pool—perfect for relaxing. • A well-equipped gym, so there’s no need for an external membership. • A sauna for unwinding after a long day. I had a fantastic stay. If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable place in District 1, with great facilities and a prime location, this apartment is definitely worth considering!

The apartment is really nice, the location is perfect and easy for me and my family to get around by walking. It’s also close to District 1 and many good food around. We stayed there at the busiest time when so many events happening and the street was closed due to the events but our location was not affected which was great bcs I have a friend who travelled to Ho Chi Minh as well and they can’t even go back to their hotel and stuck outside bcs the road is closed. We love the vibe in the apartment, and we have no problem with the sound since neither of us is a light sleeper. We’ve got everything that we need in the apartment, except the iron is broken so we cannot use it.

Great value for the price. The apartment is located in a superb location. It is near a quite busy intersection so do not expect peaceful environment ;) The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. The host were absolutely welcoming and cooperating. Very quick response to our needs. We had few minor technical issues but those were instantly resolved. Great job!

Huong is such an amazing host - super responsive and attentive, helped me with random issues I ran into, checked in on me after the myanmar earthquake 😳 the place is very spacious and it's a lovely neighborhood, highly recommend!!

Staying at Tram's is much more than a stopover on a trip to Saigon, it's a must! The place is superb, accessible to everything, with a charm like no other, typical of Vietnam. The common living room allows moments of discussion and sharing in a peaceful and beautiful setting! Tram is also much more than just a host, he will become, at least for the duration of this journey, a full member of your family. Friendly, welcoming, considerate, always caring, and giving access to everything that is needed and at all times, I enjoyed my stay as much as talking and spending time with him! The team at the AirBNB was very helpful and easy to communicate with. There were clear instructions for your stay. It was nice having free water and light chips and nuts available. The patient I ate pool was nice to have to take a quick dip into. Overall would recommend the stay at this place.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

The host is very nice!Informed at night that the water dispenser had no water, and someone was called in the next day to fix it. Very efficient and considerate host.Although there is noise outside early in the morning, but maybe we slept later.😂 Overall, it feels very local in Vietnam. My friends and I are very happy with this experience.🩷

Tommy was awesome. Always responded fast when we had questions. Was very helpful. Location is awesome. It is down an alley that is very slow and calm. At the street end of the alley is some delicious food. Close to convenient stores. Would literally book this place again right now.

we stayed here for about a week. the host & helpers were extremely friendly and helpful. they even got us highchair so my 1 yr old can sit and eat with us when we're are home. the place is nice and clean...amazing views and has all amenities as described. This is a great location, safe with 24 hr guards and restaurants and mini marts walking distance. I would definitely return here!

Annie's place was great! The bathroom and room were very clean and it was handy having the desk, fridge and kettle inside. Was so nice having a bathroom without mould. It had everything I needed! The location was also really great and made getting to places super easy!!! Right across from Ben Thanh market. The apartment was at the back so it was also quiet. Would stay again!

Very clean and beautiful place! Easy communication and very accommodating since we arrived earlier than check in time they were able to arrange an early check in for us. The location is great with many coffee shops around. Would absolutely book with them next time we are in the city!
