This is the home of a real Vietnamese family. The host has a friendly, sunny personality. They had the latest facilities and had no major inconvenience during to stay. Miss Han is a city woman, and this is a better place for women to live. Just trust them, she is nice to you.

So its located in a small street , so we cannot go by car , its a little bit hard to find the location but every service is super good, they have security. I love this place , I will comeback soon

This place is amazing and Han is very sweet and kind. She is always there to help answer question and help guide you to some great eating place. She traveled abroad therefore her knowledge and understanding of other culture is very helpful.

They were wonderful hosts, super accommodating for my personal needs. Made checking in and out really easy and smooth. And AMAZING guidebook recommendations from them. I discovered and explored such good places in HCMC from them. Place was clean and comfy. I will definitely book with them again for my future HCMC visits, either same place or try out their other listings too! Note: My specific room didn’t have a personal TV, but the other rooms in the place do have it. So just make sure of that part for the amenities as each room is different based on your own budget/preference of stay. Thank you Austin & Vanessa, I had a wonderful and safe stay!! <3

Lan is the best. She gave me the space I needed, the peace of mind, and I felt right at home (almost like at home with mom). The place itself has soundproof walls, a relaxing balcony and nice neighbours. About to book my next stay, brb :)

I fell in love with this place as soon as I saw the photos and was lucky to grab a few available days. The host was super quick and easy to communicate with. The space is cute, cozy, and had plenty of room for the two of us and our four suitcases. They provided two towels, though a few small basics were missing. The kitchen had most things you'd need, but no utensils — just something to keep in mind. There’s also a neighborhood rooster who loves to sing at all hours, so earplugs are a good idea if you're a light sleeper or not used to hearing roosters crowing (I was not and was awoken a few times in the early morning). We spotted quite a few tiny drain flies too, but nothing too crazy. Even with those little things, the host was great about helping out when needed. Overall, it’s a really charming and comfortable spot.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Nice place, clean, secure. It has everything you need! This was my 23 visit to Vietnam and I have stayed in many many places, this is one of the best. Highly recommended. If it had a pool it would be perfect

I had an amazing stay at this penthouse apartment in Ho Chi Minh City. The place was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. I stayed a week at Mie's place and enjoyed the accommodation, especially the shower. It had very strong water pressure that felt therapeutic, especially after a day at the local neighborhood gym. The apartment is centrally and conveniently located, while providing some urban authenticity. I recommend Mie's space to couples or single backpackers looking to explore the city.
