Exactly as described, enjoyed the stay and would stay again. The balcony is a nice addition, though I found it quite noisy out there (not surprising given it's in a busy part of town).

Our stay at Luminous's place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host was incredibly responsive making our time in Vietnam even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!"

Hanh Place is startegically located near the HCMC downtown. The place is very clean and bright. Check in & check out was smooth, the pool and gym are very good. The only problem, Hanh change the unit 3 times, and I ended up in the unit that is different with the last photo that she shared. It is good unit, however it's in the 1st floor so the privacy was not really good since the window and balcony is facing parking lot. But overall it was good

Toàn's place was lovely. Easy to find and clear instructions on everything. The view's were also amazing!

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

The room was clean, cozy and the wifi was strong. Perfect for both work and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and easy and the location was convenient with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was super friendly and helpful, always quick to respond Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

Really good place to stay in HCMC. Walking distance to the center and still private and quiet during the night. Also liked the access to the gym and the rooftop pool.

We had an enjoyable stay with Suzy. She is very responsive and supportive.

David is a great host and the apartment is clean, spacious and has great views. The beds were comfortable and we loved being somewhere with a washing machine and dryer. He always responds quickly and is really helpful. Location is easy for Grab drivers to find. We had the best stay!

The unit is clean, great location, safe and secured building, all staffs were helpful. Exactly as pictured. Ben was helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. He even accommodated to our late check out time request without extra charge. Saved me so much stress and headache traveling with luggage and kids. I’d definitely return next time.
