This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

It’s amazing experience, the home which in photo was not ready although but host have arranged some other place which was really nice and that also in time ( good two flat in high rise building ) I really appreciate for the quick response and action He is really was help in all tracking and communicating before arrival I strongly recommending this place

Anh est une hôte amicale, réactif et très arrangeante lors de mon arrivée anticipée dans le logement. L appartement est très spacieux est situe au cœur du district 1, vous pourrez retrouver de nombreux commerces et lieux touristiques a quelques minutes a pied. Durant mon séjour, un service de ménage était a disposition, je dois dire que c est la première fois que je vois un service aussi qualitatif avec notamment un service de lingerie !! Je recommande pour toutes les personnes a la recherche dans un coin spacieux et paisible bien positionne.

I have stayed at this location three times now and it's always a pleasurable experience. The host is always friendly, the room is always clean and comfortable. A truly wonderful place to stay whenever I'm in HCM.

It’s tucked away in a small street, but that just adds to the charm—there’s so much to do right outside! From cute cafés and relaxing spas to street food stalls and even a Michelin-star restaurant, you’re spoiled for choice. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment itself was super quiet and comfortable. The host was amazing—super responsive and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions I had. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully put together, from the decor to the little details that made the stay extra special. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, this place has everything you need. Honestly, I’d book it again in a heartbeat :)

One of the best airbnbs ive stayed at in my life, felt very at home here and Virgo was extremely helpful. The cafe downstairs makes really good coffee and next door there’s a pizza place where I had the best pizza I’ve had in asia. Really close to the ‘strip’ if you’re into that but far away that you don’t get any of the chaos. Will def stay here again when Im back in Saigon.

단기, 장기 모두 지내기 편안한 숙소입니다. 편의 시설이 도보 5분 이내에 위치하여 이동하기 편리하고 타카시마야 백화점, 사이공 스퀘어, 벤탄시장 등 숙소와 가깝기 때문에 택시를 타지 않아도 괜찮습니다. 24시간 1층에 경비원이 계시기 때문에 안전하며 엘리베이터를 이용할 수 있어서 무거운 짐이 있어도 편리합니다.

Mình thấy chủ nhà phản hồi rất nhanh, mình cần phòng gấp nt là có phòng ngay. Mình thấy chú Giang rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Đây là nơi mng có thể ghé qua để trải nghiệm 🥰

在巷子裡，夜晚及清晨相當安靜，房間空間充足，冰箱、微波爐、冷氣、電風扇、熱水器皆無問題，頂樓有三部洗衣機，設備完善且便利，下次再回到胡志明會優先考慮居住。
