Vacation rentals with a patio in District 1

All good! The place is clean and nice, and convenient. Host is very friendly and responsive. I will stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay, host was very quick to respond , heaps of room, easy access, great amenities, very happy with price. We will be staying there again next trip.

It was amazing stay. Clean nice appartment with everything we needed. It has 2 spots comfortable for working on laptop. In the ground floor, there are few conviniece shops and nice cafe with great food. Only downside was that building management made pool and gym available only for residents. So gym needed to be opened by the host every time and pool had to be registered for us every morning by the host and we could use it only till 5 p.m. But despite those minor inconviniences our stay was amazing and the host was responsive and helpful with everything, for example registering the pool every morning. Thank you very much 😇

We were a group of 6 and we had a great stay! The host was extremely responsive and helped me find a bike store before checking in, gave advice on biking in Ho Chi Minh among other things. The aircon wasn't working and they fixed it immediately and it didn't get in our way of our agenda. I requested for 2 more coffee pods as there were only 4 so they offered to top up or buy us coffee at the restaurant in the building. Building has a great pool, coworking/restaurant space, mani/pedi spa etc. we've been saying we should come back and stay here for the weekend to chill.

The location was perfect, with lot of cafe, restaurants and very kids friendly, we enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Our host Jodie’s was great, she was alway available to help, highly recommended! We looking forward to see you again!!

Beautiful place! Can walk to a few places to eat. The swimming pool was great to have access to. Very clean space and Nidova was great at communicating! I’d definitely stay again!

The property boasts an excellent location with stunning views. Its convenient situation allows for easy access between District 1 and District 4.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

Beautiful space located well in the city yet was quiet and hidden away. Spacious with lots of room and had a beautiful coffee shop below. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone! Thanks again

The host is very nice!Informed at night that the water dispenser had no water, and someone was called in the next day to fix it. Very efficient and considerate host.Although there is noise outside early in the morning, but maybe we slept later.😂 Overall, it feels very local in Vietnam. My friends and I are very happy with this experience.🩷

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Our group of 5 stayed here for two nights. It’s directly across the bridge from District 1, super convenient location to get to all the main attractions. Spacious living room and kitchen, but didn’t really use it since we ate out most days or GRAB for meals. Floors were a little dusty, and no extra blankets. So if your group needs it, request for it ahead of time.
