Vacation rentals with an EV charger in District 1

We had an amazing stay, all thanks to the very welcoming and helpful attitude, and almost instant responsiveness of the hosts for every single request. Thank you!

Thanhs place was great, however 2nd bedroom has an issue where Aircon cannot enter with the door closed so the guest staying in there will have no real privacy. it's more suitable for family stays. the gym isn't usable which is a shame but the location was great for our needs

The apartment is nice on a high floor, but the balcony is a bit small, so the view is limited. There're very limited parking spaces for cars at the building, so I had to find another parking location for my car and walk to the building. However, the apartment is nice and well furnished like in the photos.

We really liked this airbnb and would definitely seek to stay here again next time we're in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment itself is comfortable and the beds particularly so (I often find mattresses in SE Asia harder than I would prefer, but these were just right for us). The rooftop pool was really great - kids went up there every day after sightseeing and the good views of the city means it didn't get old for the adults. Check-in and coordination was easy. We particularly liked the neighborhood with lots and lots of good restaurants nearby and walking distance to all the sights in District 1 (or a short grab, if walking isn't your thing) without being right in the thick of business / tourist central. One thing to note is that the sun rises early and the blinds are relatively thin so bring an eye mask if you want to sleep past 530am!

The room was clean, cozy and the wifi was strong. Perfect for both work and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and easy and the location was convenient with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was super friendly and helpful, always quick to respond Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay

We loved staying here. The property has an amazing view. It’s a very good location to stay, very safe locality. My friends and I had a great time here. Need to mention their bed was super comfortable, all the amenities provided were of very good quality.We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Ho Chi Mihn. Like to mention that our host was very responsive.

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Very friendly and helpful host. Recommended to stay if you want some quiet time away from the city. Grab always available whenever you need to get out and about. Will stay again when I come back to Ho Chi Minh City!

Kevin our host was exceptional and very accommodating. Space was well decorated, clean and fully stocked. We would come back next time we’re in Saigon.
