It includes the 17th century manor house, a historic pigeon coop topping the half-timbered northern gate, a coach house from 1824, the 16th century barn and its farm lovingly converted as a gite to welcome up to 10 people (all single beds) The 300m2 building has been converted and updated so as to bring you all the comfort you can wish, from a large chimney with open fire to a wi-fi internet connection. It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. There are numerous activities in the region, depending on your taste you can discover the historic heritage of the Tourraine and Anjou regions, explore beautiful gardens, or try local products and wines, visit wine caves or attend equine events or concerts. For other it might be the zoological parks or aquarium, bike rides or boating on the Loire river. Property available for rent on weekly or week end only basis A calendar is available with the main cultural and sports activities in the Val de Loire. Charmant gîte entre vigne et vallée du loir

Charmant gîte situé au milieu de 12 ha de nature, entre prairies et forêt pour se ballader et observer les animaux, endroit calme et reposant. Maison en pierre qui garde la fraîcheur jour et nuit. Le gîte est situé dans le vignoble des Jasnières avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée du Loir. Au départ du gîte, vous pourrez visiter de beaux villages au bord de la rivière par la voie verte. Nous sommes Paysan-boulanger, la ferme est situé à 3 min du gîte, vous pourrez venir chercher votre pain.

Profitez d'un emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter le cœur historique de la France, en Touraine sur le site du Pays De Racan et tout proche de la vallée du Loir, à 45 minutes du circuit des 24 heures du Mans,à 5 minutes en voiture de la clarté.dieu ,A 5 minutes également du domaine de la fougeraie. la maison est dotée d'un puit canadien c'est un système géothermique qui rafraîchit l'air de la maison . il faut néanmoins conserver les volets fermés quand le soleil tape dans les baies vitrées.

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house.
