Family-friendly vacation rentals in Discovery Bay

Denzil is a great host and this was a great home to stay in during our time in Ocho Rios. Home is spacious, clean and comfortable. And the outdoor patio areas are amazing with beautiful views. Denzil was a thoughtful host and made sure we were okay during our stay. The water shut off briefly, Then but was fixed within an hour or two. Other than that, excellent stay, would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ocho Rios.

Ms. Pat’s place is the absolute best we’ve stayed in. It’s set up in such a way to make your family feel safe and at home. Ms. Marie welcomed us in the best way possible! We were greeted with a starter pack(some great Jamaican snacks that I’ve missed so much and fruits). The entire experience was great and that house is equipped with every single thing you will need, nothing was left off the table. Thank you very much!

We had a great stay at Paradise Villas. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was clean and beautiful. Milton helped us out with anything we needed. A great space for a family and we hope to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at The Royal Escape Home 2 . The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was great, and the little touches made it feel like home. Communication was prompt and friendly throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The people here make you feel like home.. aunty P is amazing very nice and helpful woman. The host was easy to talk too and check in to make sure your stay meet or above expectations

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s house! Perfect for families, you could walk until one of the best beaches in jamaica! The compound is super cozy and has a big swimming pool and amazing jacuzzi! Michelle is a super host, always responsive and the house is provided with Ms Frida that helps you with everything, prepared very nice meals and is so sweet with the children! We will come back soon for sure! Highly recommend

Caroline and Richard’s place is beautiful, much more so than the pictures show. The home is beautiful , very clean and well kept. The beds are large and comfortable and each has access to a private bathroom. The communal living areas are comfortable with beautiful furniture and the pool area is perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s great to access to a private beach, was almost empty when we stayed and a great place to view the sunset. The villa was just a ten minute drive from Dunnes River Falls which suited us just perfectly. There was a nearby supermarket at a petrol station ..but just for basics as it was a bit pricey but you are not far from Ocho Rios centre for better choice. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend with Lovely friendly hosts.

Had a great time in Jamaica! The Biggs Brothers were amazing hosts and the Chill on tha Hill spot was perfect! Close to the heart of Ocho Rios yet set apart on the hill to get a little slice of peace at the end of the day.

The house is very clean and comfortable. Great location and safe. Melverine is always in communication with her guest. I would recommend her place to anyone. 👍👍

Thanks for the stay and warm welcome. beautiful and private air b&b with ocean view from front balcony in a quiet neighborhood. host was very responsive to any questions we had and quick to resolve anything that needed to be adjusted. very cozy home with all amenities (wifi,hot water,tvs,washing machine,towels). This was a stay close to my heart. I stayed in this exact villa when I was a child and this time brought my family with me to stay. It was better than what I remember. The villa, the private beach, the food!! It was great, private, safe and just a beautiful part of Jamaica to come to. I will be back annually, perfect place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of London!! Couldn’t recommend morning glory villas enough. If you do go be sure to have Orville or Rohan as your taxi men. They are reliable, punctual and will look out for you for the duration of your stay!!

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Good location which is walking distance to the beach at Puerto Seco which has loungers, a pool, music , and a bouncy water slide and plenty of goodslideand food on site. The fee is J&2000. the free beach next door. There were small shops down the hill to get essentials and a market on the road side to buy fresh fruits. Bonus is the pool and a view of the ocean. The host was very quick to respond when I had a small issue with the internet which was quickly resolved.

Paul’s place felt like home. Everything was neat and clean when I arrived. Access to the home was very easy. The location was great ! I felt very safe in the complex which has 24 hour security monitoring. Access to shops, restaurants and beaches was very close. Overall the house has pretty much everything I needed to function like I was at my own house. I would recommend this house to my friends and family and would stay there next time I am visiting Jamaica.

the place felt like home however other air bnb had a little cooking oil...salt ect that would have gotton the guess through the night with a late check in just a recomendation .

We started staying in Yvonne & Danny's condo in 2017 and we love everything about it ! The photo's are true and the balcony view is amazing! I can't say enough...location,location,location and this is the location to be ;) Wonderful to have fresh linens twice a week! They are my "Super Host" Looking forward to 2026 Karen & Dean

Trip of a lifetime! This was our first visit to Jamaica, and we were traveling with our 18-month old baby. Our experience from booking all the way through our departure was exceptional. My daughter has a health issue so we had some dietary restrictions, and the chef Mrs. Casita did an amazing job ensuring she ate extremely well the whole trip! She followed all of our requests perfectly, and all of the food was fabulous. Make sure you try out some of the local fare - it was all amazing! Prince also deserves a big shout out! He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and taken care of every day. For some reason the baby decided she hated the beach sand-no problem! Prince would go out early every morning to help us set up a great little area in the shade on the lawn each day, raking up the leaves, and clearing the area as well as setting up seating with cushions for us. Any time we tried to lift a finger to do anything at all, he was right there ready to help! We will be back!!!

What can I say? I have rented plenty of villas in the past, but this one was the absolute best. Great property, great host, even greater housekeeping and cooks. Franceen, made sure everything was spotless on arriving and kept it that way the entire time. Marva is the best cook! Her dishes were beyond tasteful. They were heavenly. Her escovitch fish, brown stewed fish and curried goat was the stuff of legend. Her and Franceen did all the shopping and got everything we wanted. My family thoroughly the experience and I can’t wait to go back. And the pool was the icing on the cake. Thanks for a wonderful experience at the Butterfly, Beverly.

In our opinion, Whispering Seas is in an ideal location. Close enough to get to attractions, shopping, and restaurants by car or taxi. And a short walk to local store for basic food and a cute jerk center within walking distance. And far enough away from the busy city to get quiet and relaxing sea breezes. Love the 2 pool options with a great view of the sea. Jacque's condo was just as it's photos with lovely decor. We've stayed in a few of the other condos at Whispering Seas and would return to Jacque's on future trips.
