Villa vacation rentals in Discovery Bay

ZYANI was recommended by dear friends. Our group of 7 rented the entire villa for 3 nights, and we'd all go back in a heartbeat. The focal point is the patio, directly on the ocean—it's stunning. The soothing sound of the ocean is a constant. The saltwater pool is perfect. Each bedroom is spacious, all with their own bathroom and nice little touches. If the ocean breeze isn’t enough, the ceiling and floor fans are good. We opted to hire a chef for our stay, and the meals they cooked for us were all fantastic. Stephanie and her team are friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The place is full of love and tranquility. I recommend you either drive or use Uber, as there's not much within walking distance. Stephanie recommended a small secluded beach nearby, and is less than a 10-minute drive. Other area attractions are 30 to 60 minutes away; Stephanie guided us on what to do (and, equally important, what to skip). Much love to Stephanie for creating a peaceful oasis in Ocho Rios! ♥️

We had an unforgettable stay at Catch My Drift! From start to finish, everything was smooth, relaxing, and truly special. The property itself is beautiful and gave us that perfect mix of comfort and island charm. A huge highlight was the chef absolutely phenomenal! Every meal was a treat, filled with authentic Jamaican flavors and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. My family had a wonderful time we laughed, relaxed, and made memories we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service and delicious food, this is the place. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

Joshua was so easy with communicate with and booking process was seamless. The place was exactly as described! The beach is a simple 2 min walk away and is gorgeous and private. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Ideal for a family stay!

Vacation Stay Home in Mammee Bay Jamaica, was a dream like experience. Immaculate white rooms with white canopies and linen shaped into hearts greeted my guest. Their personal rooms which all had large personal bathrooms, also had doors that led out to balconies or directly into the beautiful grass of the grounds. One of my guest said it was her door to Narnia. The staff were so attentive and pleasant that within days I felt as if I knew them for a lifetime. They will be missed. Chef Shaun has to be one of the finest Chefs in Jamaica, I have eaten Jamaican food in NY, LA, Miami, Montego Bay, Kingston, St Ann and St Mary and his food was by far the best I have had, and he was all ours! The neighborhood walk to the beach and restaurant was delightful and the private beach was breathtaking. All of this was facilitated by one of the most attentive and helpful hosts I've ever come in contact with, the fantastic Dahlia. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, welcoming, and just awesome!!

This is the second time I’ve brought a group to this wonderful AirBnB. Air conditioned bedrooms, great pool, walkable to Bamboo Blu, in gated community, and Robert the caretaker is awesome! This year we also did a day pass for RIU which is right next door for a boat with snorkeling to Dunns River Falls. It’s a great spot for us when we come to the St Ann’s Bay Area—- enjoy being there very much!

By far the best Villa I have ever stayed at. The staff here is phenomenal, they are friendly and attentive. The Chef was amazing, we had breakfast and dinner prepared for us during are stay, and it was so delicious! Also, the view of the ocean is beyond blissful! I highly recommend this villa.

The place was a gem, very clean, beautiful and great space for a family to stay…. The kids love the pool and the oceanfront. The property manager Collin and Chef Ms.Thomas went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and worth it. I love this place and will go there again. They were very fun, mannered, friendly and very heart warming. They made sure we felt at home and we really appreciated it a lot.

I want to start by saying how awesome Andrew, our host, was in answering all my questions prior to booking Chatham. We spent a wonderful week here with 4 adults and 4 kids, and this place was exactly what we needed. As a seasoned Jamaica traveler, I was looking for an alternative to all-inclusive resorts, and Chatham delivered. It felt like home, but with all the amenities of a resort. We loved the saltwater pool, the short walk to the beautiful beach, and the convenient ride to Ocho Rios for grocery shopping and craft markets. The chefs were incredible, preparing delicious Jamaican cuisine and helping us plan menus. One tip for future guests: consider purchasing groceries yourself and having the chefs prepare meals, as this can help manage costs. Unfortunately, we lost the beach access FOB key during a family game, resulting in a $150 USD replacement fee. Despite this minor setback, we'll definitely be returning to Chatham. It's a true gem!

My stay was peaceful, pleasant, and felt very much like home. It provided exactly what I needed for the two days I was there. Mr. Virgo was exceptionally accommodating. He personally ensured a smooth check-in, walked me through the process, and was consistently accessible throughout my stay. I truly appreciated this, especially as I arrived late due to work commitments and was quite exhausted. His patience and personal touch made a significant difference and is truly commendable.

I enjoyed my stay, the host was responsive he called to make sure I was all set. I only booked for a night and the host treated me as if I was going to be there for while meaning he still made sure I had a welcome basket and called to ensure I wasn’t short of anything. Definitely will be back !

5/5 stars! We had an amazing stay. The space was clean and cozy, Cadian was an exceptional host - communicative, friendly, and accommodating. We love the extra touches such as travel toiletries they came in handy! The apartment was exactly as described, and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient. We would highly recommend here to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We can't wait to come back! Thanks again, Cadian for a wonderful stay!

Patrick was an amazing host, he was so responsive, even at times when i thought it was too late and i wouldn't get a response, the space is amazing and was perfect for our family, the location was perfect & i hope that i can stay here the next time i am in Jamaica !

Second time staying at Stafford’s place, I must say this place feels like home very clean very friendly , easy check in . This place is in a gated community so it’s very secure . This place is spacious and comfortable. Again I love the white sheets lol. Thanks for accommodating us . My 7 year old son loves this place . We will definitely be back . 5 star home .

This was an absolutely magical vacation for so many reasons. First, I have to give kudos to the host! She was absolutely amazing. She was there to meet my every need even on a whim. There was nothing I asked she didn't deliver. She has drivers, grocery delivery, housekeeping all set up which made this one of our favorite vacations. Secondly, the chef was amazing! The food was so delicious!!! We legitimately asked her to come home with us! If she offers to make you a salad, take her up on it! She had this homemade thousand island that was to die for! We were so close to everything! We took the bikes out several days to get to the grocery store, Starbucks, KFC, and even the ATM. We also spent several evenings watching the sunset from the jetties on the beach. We were able to snorkel and see the most amazing sea creatures. We even saw a stingray! My kiddos were begging for outside time! We simply loved the setup, place and amenities! This vacation was simply amazing!

Jannae and Travis were great hosts. Quick response to queries. Their home is amazing. It really felt like a home from home. The house has all the amenities you will need. Lovely garden. My children and I felt safe and secure. The smart lock was great, we never had to remember our keys when going out. The pool, gym, tennis and basketball courts were within walking distance. The views are amazing!!! I didnt want to leave. We will be booking with Jannae and Travis again. Thank you both for having such an amazing space.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, the place was clean ; we felt very safe on the compound. We enjoyed the snorkeling and swimming which was a walk down the stairs from the property . Will definitely return in the future , Peter was very helpful in guiding us to the local spots and showing us around . We were able to pick fresh fruit that was in season in the yard . This is a hidden gem in Oracabessa !

I was looking for a peaceful, quiet spot to work, with a good view and Casa Amarillo did not disappoint. First of all, the place was incredibly clean. I mean spotless. I could walk around barefoot and the bottoms of my feet would still be clean. From the bathroom to the bedrooms, everything was super tidy and well-organized. The highlight of my stay, though, was the breathtaking mountain view. I loved waking up in the morning, stepping out onto the front porch with my coffee, and just sitting there, taking it all in the peaceful mountains, the sound of birds singing… it was such a calming start to the day. I also really enjoyed spending time in the backyard, standing barefoot in the soft grass and feeling grounded. The whole vibe of the place just made me feel at home, comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease. I honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer, but I’ll definitely be booking Casa Amarillo again the next time I’m in Jamaica.

This house was conveniently located near the beach which was quiet and the people were very friendly. Maria was very respectful and responsive to our request and concerns. The caretaker Ryan was our go to person always polite and respectful. He also took on the role as our tour guide and driver. Overall all 6 members of our group had a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place for a fantastic experience.

Perfect ending to a Jamaican adventure! It felt just like home and wish we could have stayed longer. The unit is in walking distance to Plantation Cove so we were able to easily get a concert without the struggle of parking and felt very safe doing so. You can also find a grocer which sells both local and international dishes is in walking distance as well. The listing is in a gated community, that takes their registered guest policy very seriously, so plan accordingly. This space deserves 10/10 and can't wait to return again.

Such an understanding host that was communicative and accommodating. Had travel issues and she ensured that we weren’t further inconvenienced. Definitely will be looking to stay at her place if we come back. Amazing experience dealing with her.

Sanjae is definitely one of the best host. His place is absolutely beautiful, its always clean, the pictures dont really do justice because its actually better. He always has cold water for guest. It has everything you would want it to have and everything you need being away from home. Its close to all attractions. I would definitely recommend his place to everyone looking for comfort and tranquility. There's a restaurant on site, a lovely swimming pool, and a private beach. What more could you ask for. Thank you Sanjae for always responding quickly to my last minute bookings, and your fast response if needed to any questions we may have. I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space was very spacious, clean, and beautifully set up exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The environment was peaceful, and the layout made it feel like a true home away from home. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
