The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. Several supermarkets, bakeries and an ice cream shop are 10 minutes walk away. - Any type of smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment. (Exterior allowed) - Use of drugs (including cannabis) is prohibited throughout the property! - No pets -Visit by arrangement only - Hostess service not tolerated!

We offer a new apartment on our horse farm in a rural, quiet area. The complete furnishings have just been purchased. The good highway connection on the edge of the Ruhr area in the beautiful Rotbachtal is definitely a plus. From our farm you can explore the area excellently. We are happy to rent the apartment on a weekly or monthly basis. Just ask. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the courtyard and the Rotbachtal.

It is located in the heart of Oberhausen in the middle of the Ruhr area. It is centrally located, so that all attractions can be reached quickly and easily by car, bus and train. Despite its central location, our apartment is located in a quiet residential area.
