The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Die Monteurunterkunft/Ferienhaus ist zur alleinigen Nutzung. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine etc. Garten zum Grillen und Rauchen ist da. Die einzelnen Zimmer sind auf den 3 Etagen des Hauses verteilt, Wir haben 2 Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten 1,40 x 2,00 m, 2 Zimmer mit Einzelbetten. Die Zimmer sind mit einem TV Gerät und WLAN ausgestattet. Im Haus befindet sich ein Gäste WC und zwei Duschbäder mit Fenster. Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche, Hand-/Duschtücher vorhanden.

It's the perfect base for a variety of leisure activities in a charming setting. The Geni vacation home is a lovingly renovated and modernly converted cottage from the 19th century and was awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.
