This little gem is located in the midst of beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

Our property is located in the heart of the Vilstal valley and yet in a completely secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is active, and work is done here. We have many chickens, suckler cows, bees, and our two Labrador girls, Caro & Maya, who roam around freely. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Tiny house in a secluded location between 2 ponds with boat

Come to this incomparable retreat in the middle of nature. We offer a small wooden house between our 2 ponds, on one of which there is a small rowing boat. In the cottage is a comfortable double bed, a seating area and the possibility to cook with a camping stove - but there is no electricity and no running water in the cottage. At the cottage is a small sink. Outside there is a barbecue area, hammock and seating. Bathroom for exclusive use is at the top of the farm.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Family-friendly apartments in Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. Ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, bicycles, toys, table tennis, foosball, and an outdoor play area are available. We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

A place to actively explore the surroundings, while hiking, jogging, skiing or paddling, to visit adjacent cities such as Straubing, Landshut and Regensburg, to receive guests and cook together, to relax in front of the fireplace and in the garden or to relax in the in-house sauna.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
