Stella was very polite and welcoming. She let us check in early in the morning, that helped us a lot. But more than that, this was not a typical Airbnb stay — it was truly a unique experience. Staying here meant more than just having a roof over our heads; it was like stepping into the inspiring life of a remarkable woman. We felt her values, her habits, her hobbies, her way of living, and her food culture in every corner of the home. It left a deep impression on us and made the whole experience unforgettable. In addition, Deep cleanliness was not an issue for me personally, but with a little extra attention to detail, it could be even more delightful for future guests.

I enjoyed my stay at Daniel's place very much. The apartment was spotless and everything you might need on a short stay was there. There is also plenty room for luggage, clothes and other things. Daniel was quick to respond when I had some questions, and very helpful when I could not find the assigned parking spot right away. Last not least, the apartment is light, airy and quiet, I can definitely recommend it.

it was very good very central. the snag came in was with the check in. we arrived 14:55 but the code did not work. we tried it a few times before we reached out to Azamat. the code still ddnt work and had to get changed. then we were able to get int. the door had the same snag as the front gate with the codes. we had to reach out to them again late at night due to missing towels for the 3rd guest - we had specifically booked for 3. but we received the reply so it was resolved. the place is very clean and very new - quiet despite being in the city center and everything that is needed is just downstairs. it was a very pleasant stay and the place is very conducive for rest and recreation. we would gladly come back!!!

Laura and Felix's place is really wonderful. It's cosy and beautifully decorated with everything you need. The location is perfect; close to the isar and it's green surroundings, but also close to public transport and shops/bars (we recommend to visit the cultural hotspot/bar Gans woanders - very cool place!). We didn't want to leave. So we'll definitely come back!

Great location for walking to the Octoberfest area and all the interesting sites. Especially convenient on the first day of Octoberfest where public transportation and the streets were clogged with visitors and locals to celebrate the Octoberfest start and parade. The apartment is conveniently located to a couple of grocery stores, cafe's, the S-Bahn and most importantly the Lowenbrau Biergarten. Ben was extremely responsive to answer questions and proactive to assure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

My stay was great. Location was perfect for me as I was staying here from America for a long stay for work. Restaurants, shops, and cafes all within walking distance. Parking was bit hectic so would recommend getting the garage spot that is offered. Petra was very accommodating to me as I had a bunch of questions.
