A lovely home, very cosy and comfortable with all amenities available. A 7-11 right downstair with massage shop opposite it. Very convenient with just 3 mins walk to Huai Khwang Station and less than 10 mins to night markets nearby. Teerapat is very responsive and helpful. I had booked a few beauty appointment thru an application which requires advance booking. I faced difficulties booking as I am unable to speak Thai. Seek help from Teerapat and he gladly assisted me with the booking. He went beyond an extra mile by sending me an reminder on the day of my appointment. I greatly appreciated it! Sadly, this trip was cut short due to earthquake on 28 March. Teerapat checked-in with me and provided me prompt updates on the building status. He even refunded the remaining days which was not expected as this was natural disaster and not his fault. He promptly provided me updates on my leftover in the units and checked if I require the item to be ship back. Hope to be back soon.

I stayed a month at Derek’s place, it is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The place has a great layout, is in a pristine condition, the view from it is stunning, and there are tons of great restaurants (and a metro connection) within walking distance. The apartment really is as amazing as one imagines based on the pictures provided. In addition, Derek is a great host, thanks to all the details provided the arrival, registration, and start of my stay was super smooth. We stayed in touch throughout my stay and he had some great recommendations that made my stay great.

Just completed a two-month stay here - longest I've ever stayed in an Airbnb, and for good reason. This was actually my second time staying in one of Natthapol's properties, and he truly sets a new standard for hosts. The condo is lovely, with a great view and spotless interior that has everything you need. It honestly feels more like a high-end hotel than an apartment, yet somehow manages to feel homey at the same time. The amenities area was impressive with its range of facilities (gym, sauna, pool, garden, etc.) What makes it special though is the condo staff - some of the nicest people you'll meet in Bangkok. As for the neighborhood, Ari is less hectic than other Bangkok areas while still having everything you need nearby. I appreciated being close to both Chatuchak Park and the famous Chatuchak Market. When it was time to leave, I felt genuinely sad to say goodbye. This property's near-perfect rating is absolutely deserved, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a modern, very well kept high-rise condo building complex with all the needed amenities for long stays including a nice infinity pool and a spacious library/coworking area for those like us who work remotely. The building is located near a ton of excellent street food and restaurant options and just a few minutes walk from a BTS elevated rail station. Koko is super friendly and very responsive. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely like to come back at some point. Highly recommended!
