Place is worth the price! Lots of stores that are still open even after 12AM

My family and I had a great stay at Eladia's unit. It's conveniently located nearby many convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centres. The place had many useful amenities that helped my family feel more at home in the house. She also kindly let us have a late check out as our flight home wasn't until late in the evening. All in all, a great stay. I highly recommend.

I had a great time and the amenities were really nice. Our host Ace was really responsive and accommodating. You can have full confidence your stay will be great.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

Location was perfect given that a lot of restaurant choices and services available nearby. It is also important to me that my family stayed in a safe place which is what Diane’s unit was all about.

Mark was a very hospitable host. proactively offered me his basketball while accompanying me to their open court with my son. Great view. I could imagine a New Year in the terrace room would surely rock! Antipolo mountains are very visible from the 29th floor terrace of the condo. There is a very minor slight dilapidation of the wooden door inside the bathroom at its bottom. But this is nothing compared to the spacious place and the facilities from the internet connection, to the tv to the kitchen utensils. Almost everything you need is there. Not to mention the lovely swimming pool. Will consider returning again in the future.

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

This cozy space is ideal for two guests, with a spacious al fresco dining and cooking area. The sleeping area is smaller than expected and may feel cramped for groups larger than five. The bathroom is compact, with the toilet and shower not separated, meaning they can’t be used simultaneously. There's a dedicated garage connected to the al fresco area. Note that the sleeping area is essentially a container van prefab, and soundproofing could be improved. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential utilities, including an oven and stove. A standout feature is its connection to a sari-sari store, where the caretaker lives. This means you don’t have to leave for snacks, drinks, or toiletries. The space also offers free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, a PlayStation 4 (games include Tekken 7, NBA2K21, Gran Turismo Sport), and effective air conditioning for a comfortable stay.

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

Our family had a great time at Chill Spot Manila. The place was clean and had all the amenities as described. Kuya Jun, their caretaker, was kind and helpful. The pool was clean, their beds smelled good and felt comfortable. All the aircons worked well and kept us cool under the heat. Super big deal because it’s really so hot during this time of the year so this is really appreciated. Overall, we really had no complaints and we will surely come back :)

Located in one of the nicer areas of Metro Manila, this spot is perfect base for exploring the city. Very spacious and air conditioned interior is great for coming back after a long day to relax in.

What you see on the photos of the listing is definitely what you'll get. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The owner is easy to talk to. I did not encounter any concerns in my stay. The place is also a few steps away from the mall. Will definitely choose this place again if I need/have to be in the area again.

Despite booking over a holiday, the host was very quick to respond and made our arrival smooth. We encountered a couple of small bumps during our stay, but the host's impeccable customer service really shone through, making us feel well taken care of and quickly resolving everything.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The unit was very clean and well-maintained. It came equipped with all the essentials—basic dining sets, appliances, and cooking utensils, which made it really convenient. The space has a homey yet elegant vibe that made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even better. I also loved the small snack corner inside the unit—such a thoughtful touch! I would definitely love to stay here again.
