The apartment is new, on the first floor, elevator, newly placed furniture, fridge, washing machine available. Sheets and towels are provided. For bookings exceeding 5 days, a 30% deposit is required. The owner speaks French, English, Italian, Russian, Armenian.

Forget your worries in this spacious secluded home. In our guest house you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Spend time in the most unusual village in Armenia, a Molokan village. The alpine meadows of Armenia are also located here. We planted 90 pine trees in our yard and in the pollination season - this is the ideal place. We also have a real Russian banya and tea from mountain herbs brewed in a samovar.

The cottage is located right on the riverbank and features an open balcony with views of the river, the forest, and QarUp. In addition to a double bed, the cottage includes a fold-out sofa that can accommodate 2 more guests. Breakfast is also included in the price.
