The house has 4 rooms. 2 rooms are for up to 3 people, the other two rooms are for up to 4 people. The price mentioned in the ad is the price of one room. The house is located in the center of Dilijan, in the back block of the city hall building. There is everything nearby: a shop, a supermarket, restaurants… There is a pavilion (besedka), a barbecue in the yard. Each room has a separate bathroom/toilet, as well as a spacious balcony with a beautiful view.
