Beach house vacation rentals in Dikwella

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der White House Lodge sehr genossen. Wir haben uns schnell wie zuhause gefühlt in der grosszügigen Wohnung. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die schöne grosse Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Janaka und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben interessante Gespräche geführt. Unsere beiden gleich alten Söhne haben sich angefreundet, vielleicht eine Freundschaft fürs Leben? Das Internet funktioniert sehr gut, perfekt um zwischendurch zu arbeiten. Janaka hat unsere Ferien mit Tipps für Ausflüge bereichert. Sewwandi hat sehr lecker für uns gekocht, vielen Dank dafür! Preis-Leistung ist top! Wir kommen wieder.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Andy and Daniel’s beautiful pool house, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed – Andy and Daniel are the kindest, most thoughtful hosts you could hope for. The pool house itself is lovely, and especially our daughter very much enjoyed the pool. We tried the home cooked breakfast and dinner as well, which was delicious! Andy went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her warmth and hospitality made our stay all the more memorable. It’s rare to find an airbnb that feels so effortlessly welcoming. Can’t recommend this magical place enough!

Celine’s house was great for us. 6 persons (4 adults and 2 children 3 and 4 years old). + house exactly the same as on photos. + location is great. + almost private claim beach was good. + Christian and Indra are really great hosts. Please, read feedback from Helen (November 2016) "Myself, husband, two children ......." - it's still actual.

Wir haben 3 Nächte bei Tommy und seiner Freundin verbracht. Für uns der schönste Aufenthalt unserer Sri Lanka Reise! Tommy und seine Freundin sind tolle Gastgeber, super nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Kommunikation war super! Jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Das Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Auch die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir waren auch im Milky Waves essen (Restaurant der beiden, um die Ecke) - probiert bitte das Eis! Der Wahnsinn. Der Aufenthalt war eine 12/10, wir können die Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen weiter empfehlen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super famille

We (family of four with young kids) came across this house and loved it, but it didn’t have a bed for our one year old daughter, so we sent Vic a message and he went out of his way to find one. Great start! When we got there, the house was even better than the pictures give away: private villa on the quiet outskirts of Ahangama, but a five minute tuk tuk ride will get you to the town’s centre where all the restaurants and such are. Modern bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, nice kitchen and living room, beautiful pool, huge patio with a roof over it, monkeys in the trees in the morning etc. etc. I contacted Vic several times during our stay and always got quick replies with great advice - places to eat, tuk tuk drivers, surf coach and places to see. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again myself some day!

une villa parfaite, avec une situation parfaite juste quelques mètres de l'océan et de la ville et d'un quartier bien agréable l'accueil et le suivi par Irish est formidable et parfait. cette villa permet un repos profond et à des qualités top allez y sans retenue car elle vous permet d'être comme chez vous avec en plus une petite rue hyper calme restaurant à côté familial et prêt à toujours rendre service ( challenge hut) piscine impeccable et une eau parfaite si nous pouvions m'être 10 étoiles, nous le ferrions avec sincérité. 👌👍👏

We stayed 3 nights at Pat’s and Adam ‘s place . They have been the most responsive and generous hosts . The Villa is gorgeous , everything about it : the interior design , the garden and the pool. The Villa is 5 mins walk down to 2 perfect beach’s. Wish we could stay longer . Thank you for everything ❤️

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Bei Rückfragen oder Anliegen waren sowohl Darshan als auch der Hauswärter Upatissa immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders die Flora und Fauna des Anwesens war toll - wir haben Pfaue, Affen, Katzen, Frösche, Eichhörnchen und Vögel gesehen. Der Pool war auch eine tolle Möglichkeit, sich abzukühlen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne guten Gewissens weiter :)

Trop cher pour ce que c’est par rapport à ce qui se fait au Sri Lanka, mais en dehors du prix c’est un logement agréable proche de la plage, avec une belle piscine.

Magnificent spacious and beautifully designed heritage home. Responsive and delightful staff. Immaculately clean and spacious. Large grounds. Quiet with sensational private pool. Sarath organized a chef and meals for us and was able up take us out on his tuk tuk. Very nice beach is a 4 minute walk away , safe swimming with a nice surf break a further few minutes walk. Look forward to coming again.

Host was very responsive, answered questions quickly. Let us check in an hour early and had a treat waiting for us at the coffee shop nearby! Home itself was very cute and clean, including the pool. Room was still a little warm even with the AC, but cooled down enough to sleep comfortably. House is in a very secluded area, needed a tuktuk (or car using pick me was usually cheaper) to get to the busier area for more food variety but there is a very cute beach we basically had to ourselves within 5 mins of walking! Would recommend.

Our stay at Hela Studio was lovely. We booked last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Hiriketiya. Marta was a great host and was very helpful with local recommendations and check in process. Marta also helped to arrange a realisable car transfer which was a great price.

Wenn wir könnten, würden wir 10 Sterne geben! Mahesh war ein äußerst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Appartment in seiner Villa war sehr sauber und wunderschön. Das tägliche Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Silent Beach und viele Restaurants waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!

Wir haben drei Nächte in dem AirBnB verbracht und hatten eine großartige Zeit! Das AirBnB ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen wunderschönen Garten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Dilans Frau hat uns zwei Mal einen Snack gebracht, was wir sehr lieb fanden. Sie hat auch auf unsere Kleidung und den Scooter aufgepasst, als es geregnet hat. Die Kommunikation mit Dilan war super und wir würden jedem empfehlen hier ein paar Tage zu verbringen.

Wowowow! What an absolute gem!!! We loved staying here, it’s so nature-oriented & the location is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to chill that’s within walking distance of everything ☺️ Lara is also the most generous and welcoming host, I cannot recommend this place enough ❤️

We had a great stay at Bandula’s villa! Bandula was so helpful and friendly. The place was clean and perfectly located. We would 100% stay here again if we came back to Sri Lanka

Thank you so much for your hospitality! The place was really cozy and nice, we loved the balcony surrounded by blooming trees. The hosts were incredible - friendly, responsive. For example, we wanted ab extra key and a fan for the balcony - all of our requests were completely satisfied. It was always clean and neat - cleaning every week with a change of bed linen. The place is close to the main beaches, bus stop and everything you light need. Yard is blooming and big enough for parking 4-5 bikes

Amazing house with even prettier garden! You have a place for yourself, away from the street but close enough to the supermarket (2 mins) and the beach (1,2 km). The place is calm, private, you can really enjoy your stay in peace and calm. For this amazing price I don't think we could find a better place to stay!

Lovely hosts who were helpful throughout & greeted us, showing us around the property! Such a huge space with lots of useful amenities :) A very beautiful villa inside and outside in the private garden.. Was great that 3 of the bedrooms had A/C & the kitchen was fully equipped. Surrounding area was great and there was lots of points of interest within walking distance. Once again such lovely hosts and we will look forward to staying again as we felt right at home! Thank you :)
