Nice big ( 65 m2 ) flat on first floor, close to the City Center, and very close to the public transport, close as well to supermarkets and restaurants. It's close to the Limmat river 10 minutes on feet, it's very nice view there. my flat is perfect for Couples, Solo and business travelers. You can use the flat ( the living room if it’s available, the kitchen, dinning room and the Balkon ). I have 43 inches Tv. Very fast Internet WLAN 224 MB/s. The flat is in good and quite Location.

We rent our studio (bedroom, living room incl. Office, private toilet) with two balcony accesses (once shared and once separate) during our vacation. The bathroom and the open kitchen are for shared use. The garden is large and offers numerous seating and lingering spaces as well as bathing access to the Schäflibach. It is a 17-minute walk to Glanzenberg train station, from there a train runs every quarter of an hour to Zurich Central Station (12-minute ride).

Its 5 minutes away from the train station Altstetten and from there 10 min to central station. You have fast WIFI. You have a table in your room and a wardrobe to hang your cloths. A living room or garden to relax. Behind the house is a trainline, so could be loud till midnight. Also can be rented with registration at government.
