Your room is located in the lower area with bathroom right next to it and still has a shared kitchen, living room and balcony. We live on the upper floor. We do not rent throughout. We rent our studio (bedroom, living room incl. Office, private toilet) with two balcony accesses (once shared and once separate) during our vacation. The bathroom and the open kitchen are for shared use. The garden is large and offers numerous seating and lingering spaces as well as bathing access to the Schäflibach. It is a 17-minute walk to Glanzenberg train station, from there a train runs every quarter of an hour to Zurich Central Station (12-minute ride).
