But every now and then there may be construction noise. (Adjacent houses) Exterior is not yet completed and will be built gradually in the summer / autumn of 2019.

Newly built apartment in idyllic village with about 1000 inhabitants. Located right on the Swiss border. Very close is the largest waterfall in Europe, the Rhine Falls. Ideal hiking and biking paradise. Pure nature. Water sports in and on the Rhine (swimming, diving, paddling, etc.). Large parking space right in front of the apartment. I was delighted to return again. Christoph was super welcoming and helpful. As with last time, it was super clean. Several charming restaurants are nearby, but I also used the new kitchen to make a simple pasta one evening. With a pharmacy, Coop and Manor just 2 minutes walk (and the main station within 5 minutes) there many convenient amenities. This home is a perfect pied-à-terre while exploring Schaffhausen (and Neuhausen's Rhinefall is only a few stops away by bus or train)

We felt very comfortable and at home in the apartment. It's nicely spacious. Thomas is very friendly and was very flexible in meeting our wishes regarding check-in and check-out. Cozy playground, bus stop and Rhine very close - we will especially miss the location!

The attention to detail... A very charming apartment renovated with a lot of love for detail and very tastefully decorated. Dorine personally welcomed us and showed us everything. The refrigerator was already filled, so we did not lack fresh bread or milk - thank you very much! We were able to spend a few really nice days in Marthalen, in which Dorine and Patrick as great hosts played a significant role. Thank you for everything, we had a great time with you!
