There is also another toilet and a high-quality kitchen with a kitchen island and Miele appliances. The adjoining, spacious 30 m² south-west terrace invites you to relax and linger. The bright, light-flooded basement can be used as a fourth bedroom with two double beds if desired. With its generous 65 m², it not only offers additional space for sleeping, but also ideal conditions for workshops, yoga, and other relaxing activities. The Loxone smart home system ensures maximum comfort by perfectly coordinating lighting and shading. All walls, custom-made built-in furniture, and the high-quality kitchen were crafted by a regional carpenter - quality you can see and feel.

The region is a paradise for nature and sports enthusiasts: numerous hiking, cycling, and swimming opportunities await, as well as nearby ski lifts and toboggan runs. In the neighboring towns of Rorschach, Heiden, and St. Gallen, you'll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants to suit all tastes.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Rustic farmhouse with distant views

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

City center with private parking

Welcome to our home in the middle of the up-and-coming, lovingly renovated city center of Hohenems. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the 2-family house overlooking the Schlossberg. Although in the middle of the city, there is a quiet garden and free parking (otherwise subject to a fee everywhere!) on the private property. Shops and restaurants can be found right in front of the door. Very good highway connection for excursions throughout Vorarlberg, CH and D.

The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region.

This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.
