The rest of the time: hundreds of hiking trails, legendary mountain passes to conquer by bike, zero mosquitoes, the most beautiful cows in the country, truffade, aligot... 🙂 Come on, it's going to be good!

At an altitude of 1200 meters, on a mountain ridge in the middle of the volcanic Cantal Mountains, you wake up to the sound of cows and birdsong. No traffic noise — just open air and sweeping views over the valley. From the house, you can directly step onto hiking trails towards the Puy Mary. Inside, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with box spring beds, and a pellet stove await for the cool mountain evenings. Ideal for those who really want to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Charming maisonette located at the foot of the Bonnevie rock. Overlooking the town of Murat, it offers a very nice view of this city of character. Access to the city center is a 2-minute walk. 10 minutes by car from the winter resort of Lioran or ULM-oies. Location close to the Auvergne mountains (Puy Mary, Plomb du Cantal, GR departure) which allows many hikes for nature lovers. Or beautiful rides on motorcycles or bicycles. Waterfalls, burons and Salers will be waiting for you.

The calm of the surrounding nature, the view of the Claux valley and the surrounding mountains make this place a peaceful oasis. As soon as you walk through the door, cyclists, mountain bikers, hikers, riders or paragliders, you're on your way. And after this nature bath, an outdoor relaxation area with sauna and Nordic bath awaits you (by reservation and with surcharge).
