Amazing hosts very responsive, great location between An Bang Beach and Hoi An districts. Highly recommended, would stay again.

It was the perfect place to stay with our large group! We traveled with family members (total of 8 of us) and the space accommodated us all well. Our flight was delayed in arrival and we missed our dinner reservations for our first night in Hoi An. Minh offered to prepare us dinner (at an extra charge) at the homestay so we could eat a fresh Vietnamese meal when we arrived late. It was my favorite meal in Hoi An! The hosts went above and beyond to help us book tours and taxis and laundry services... I would stay with their homestay again!

It was kind and nice.

We loved our stay at Rocy's. She communicated great with us and even booked a ride from the airport for us. The location is great and very central to get to everything in the old town area. The only drawback was that we did not realize that the entire area in old town is off limits to cars which meant we had to walk a bit with our luggage to get a Grab. Not a knock on Rocy's place, just a detail we did not realize until we got there. having said that Rocy actually met us at the car even helped with our luggage. Would definitely recommend.

Em's place was perfect for our 4 night stay. Location was great and i loved the milk tea special at Buong's infront of the place. Everything was walkable. I had a hiccup on the first night and they changed my room and even offered a few extras to ensure we were happy.

“Little Nap” is located in walking distance to Hoi An ancient town and many good restaurants. Vu is a great host and was very helpful organising rides from Da Nang airport to Hoi An and back. We arrived a bit early and could leave our luggage and Vu’s while we went into town. Vu has got many recommendations on what to do and where to go. We really enjoyed our stay in Hoi An and would absolutely recommend Vu as a host.

We were a group of 6 ladies whom stayed at Anh’s lovely home. The house was very big with large clean rooms (some with two large beds) each with ensuites and air con. The pool was a welcome retreat after the mid 30s temperatures. Anh’s husband cleaned the pool every couple of days which was much appreciated. Location was fantastic, less than 2kms from the old town which we could walk, bike or easily catch a grab/electric car in. Absolutely perfect for our group. Anh provided delicious local (across the road!!) eating recommendations on arrival and organised some local activities. Anh was always very responsive and quick to respond to our questions and last minute changes. She and her husband met us at check-in and check out to help get our bags to our rooms. An absolutely delightful family to deal with. Highly recommend and we would go back in a heartbeat!! Thank you so much Anh and family!!

Incredible Accommodation. Harley is an incredible Host, she proactively communicated and was very responsive to any questions had. The photos resembled the studio suite and resort. The room is bright, spacious, clean, and equipped with a comfortable king bed, linens, and kitchen needs. The view from the patio is amazing. The resort and facilities (pool areas, gym, beach area) are well managed and meticulously maintained. The staff very friendly and welcoming. The resort is within close proximity to An Bang Beach, Rice Fields and Hoi An Old Town. We look forward to returning. We highly recommend Harley as a host, the accommodation, and resort!

Thu’s place is jaw-droppingly magnificent—spotless, bright, and airy, with a design that instantly makes you feel at ease. The view of Hoi An’s beach is simply beautiful, and the space takes full advantage of it. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which was a nice bonus. The staff were warm and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth and effortless. We also really appreciated Thu’s responsiveness and transparency—it made everything feel easy and stress-free. We truly wish we could’ve stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Definitely a recommended stay for anyone visiting Hoi An and Da Nang!

The apartment is very spacious and located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. It also offers access to a pool, which was a nice bonus. The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. It's a bit further away from the center, so there are fewer dining options nearby.

Tran was extremely helpful and friendly, very responsive to messages. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful area, is only a short drive to Hoi An town. Great value for money and highly recommended 👌😊

This sweet little villa was the perfect place to spend my time in Hoi An. Located in what feels like a rural area it’s just over the bridge from the town centre. The hosts are incredible. They went above and beyond to accommodate any needs. Thank you for your hospitality!

We spent 15 days in the apartment with my wife and 5 year old son, and had a wonderful time. Apartment building is facing the pool at the Ocean Suites, which is a calm and secured environment. The apartment is matching the description : well equipped, clean, functional and cozy. Lily and the staff are always very responsive and happy to help on many topics. Access to the beach is 5 min walking max. Ocean Villa/Suites also has a restaurant, which we have often been to, +2nd pool with sea view right next to the beach. The restaurant is very practical and offers all kinds of options, from Vietnamese to western dishes. We have Overall, we are very happy with our stay. Some points of improvement: - having a convenience store at Ocean Villa (like a 7-eleven) would have been great, as we had to take a taxi on a regular basis to buy some simple things. - the ventilation system in the bathroom needs cleaning - the smell in the bathroom from pipe is strong

This was the perfect spot for a one month stay. It is on a quiet street, away from the hustle of Hoi An which I appreciated; however, folks who are looking for easier access to restaurants with Western-style food might not appreciate the 20-30 minute walk for this. If you are into Vietnamese food, options are nearby and plentiful. Likewise, there is an abundance of coffee shops in the area. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the market for fresh produce if you want to prepare your own food. I look at this as opportunities for exercise. Since the kitchen is shared by nine different apartment dwellers, it is probably not a surprise that some folks are cleaner and tidier than others. An excellent feature of this stay is that Nam is very fast about responding to messages. For instance, the hot water kettle broke while I was there and he replaced it the same day it was reported. There also needed to be a minor repair in my apartment and the handyman was sent right over. Thank you!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

Lovely and comfortable apartment with good amenities. Great to have a washing machine and dryer available. The rooftop pool was fantastic and we had it to ourselves every day. Walkable to town. Hoi An is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!

The condo was great. Even better was the location. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a short walk away. Hosts were really responsive and answered our every questions. I would really recommend this place.

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.
