The "untere Wösch" is a traditional Simmental farmhouse built in 1771. It is located in the small hamlet of Ringoldingen, on the main road between Thun/Spiez and Zweisimmen. If you appreciate simple, tranquil country life and enjoy animals and nature, you have come to the right place. During the years 2021/22, we lovingly renovated our listed house. We look forward to seeing guests who appreciate a historic building with its special features!

***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you. note: the bathtub is currently out of order. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.

In the kitchen, basic products are ready for cooking. In the adjacent studio, music is made, coaching and more are offered. Winter sports opportunities are close by. Beautiful hiking area. Lake Thun for swimming is very easily accessible.
