Villa Kunterbunt 8703

Villa Kunterbunt is a very charming house with enchanting views of Lake Zurich. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and offers three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living and dining room. The garden has stunning views of Lake Zurich. In the garden there is a vegetable garden and a chicken coop (without a rooster!). Minimum stay: 2 nights

Spacious, rural and close to the airport

​Located in rural Hochfelden, you can reach Zurich Airport in 15 minutes by car and the city in 40 minutes. Alternatively, a bus runs regularly to the Bülach train station. From there, there are direct connections to Zurich and to the airport (about 45 minutes travel time). For more comfortable travel to and from the property, I also offer a paid shuttle service to Zurich Airport and the city.

Independent studio in the farmhouse

The studio is integrated in a historic farmhouse, surrounded by beautiful nature, but close to the airport and close to Zurich with good bus/train connections. In the farmhouse, in the other part, is also my home and above the studio is my ceramics workshop. The studio has a separate entrance. The property is suitable for short and long stays. Shopping is available nearby.

Cosy 1-room in-law Apartment

This in-law apartment was recently renovated and is located in our one-family house in Neerach. It has a separate entry with kitchenette, separate shower & toilette, bed with two 35" mattresses and a 40" TV. Ideally situated für holidays, business trips or also for quarantine reasons. Parking available; Pick-up is possible
