Kristin is the perfect host. We checked in quite late and she'd left us something to eat ( pasta + sauce) on the table in case we're still hungry. All was perfect for us and we'd be happy to come back again. Thank you !

Our stay at Livia's was just perfect! Upon arrival, we immediately felt comfortable – the place is not only impeccably clean, but furnished with an incredible amount of attention to detail. You can tell that Livia is a hostess with heart and passion. The location is very private and ideal for relaxing in peace and leaving everyday life behind. An absolute highlight was the breakfast: prepared with so much care and simply superbly delicious! Livia's hospitality was impressive – she was always friendly, helpful and pleasantly reserved, so we could fully enjoy our stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend a visit to her and will be happy to come back!

Cozy and at the same time very modern place to stay. Supermarkets etc. are within 5 minutes' walking distance. The smart home concept with control of the interior takes a little getting used to, the blinds just open at 7 AM if that was set beforehand 😆 But of course you can set everything the way you want, with music in the bathroom for example. The induction stove is also classy. If you have any questions, the host is always available, which is a big plus. Glad to come back!

Accommodation was booked as a replacement for 5 weeks (water damage in your own apartment). The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind, always responded quickly and found a solution for everything. I was very happy with the space, very clean and well equipped. Would come back again! :-)

super friendly and prepared so much even though i was staying for only a night. he gave me fruits and drinks to snack on and his cats were so cute. very spacious room and even had a mini fridge and coffee machine. all essentials were provided.

We had a great time at Simon’s place. The cellar is beautiful and was well equipped with anything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the heater worked and we were never cold! Simon was quick to respond to my questions and was very helpful. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. Would recommend to rent this place for any small gathering you have.
