Our little renovated Kate from 1876 is quiet and only 900m from the dyke. Large, sheltered garden on the edge of a field, with covered terrace and beach chair. Approx. 1,076 sq. ft. (100 m²) of living space with a large kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, living and dining area, and a small bedroom for one person on the ground floor. Large open bedroom on the second floor. Bedroom on the upper floor can only be reached by steep stairs. The sleeping accommodation for the 4th person is a niche (175x140). Private sauna for a fee.

Almost 1,000 square meters of land; garden with trampoline, soccer goal & tree house, completely fenced. Ideal starting point for tours in the area, including Büsum (approx. 35 min.), St. Peter-Ording (approx. 55 min.) and Hamburg (approx. 75 min.). Sauna, fireplace, table football, children's billiard table… Big & small & four-legged friends are welcome!

It is located in Neufelderkoog directly on the North Sea coast about 20 minutes from Brunsbüttel and 10 minutes from Marne. It is located in a secluded location in the tranquility of the marsh. The lake dyke is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to take a walk. Neufelder harbor is also just a few minutes away.
