Cabin vacation rentals in Dickson County

The house was amazing. It's definitely set up for a guys' or girls' weekend but our group of middle schoolers had a great time as well. The property is beautiful and the basement was a huge hit. Jonny was a great host and very helpful. As a note: the driveway is steep (it's in the Tennessee countryside). Not a negative--we got some 15 passenger vans up it just fine--just a thing to note if you're planning on staying here. This property is about 40 minutes from downtown. Just far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle but not so far that you can't get to it.

Chanin’s place was absolutely amazing. We booked this place at the last minute and she was so sweet during the booking. The home was immaculate with so much room. We brought our motorbike and got to ride the trail and travel around town. It was quiet and peaceful. So relaxing!!! We definitely needed this getaway!! The location was great.Definitely will be booking with her again. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!!!

This place was so fun! It was perfect in every way and was a great experience. The host was amazing and so sweet. The cabin was peaceful, easy to find, everything was as described, and we will definitely go back. We highly recommend staying here or any place that Alisa has! Love the communication, responsiveness, and location!

We’ve booked twice with Aimee and will definitely book again! We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Aimee has always been very kind and responsive, and you can tell she wants the best experience for her guests. The cabin is spacious and sits on a beautiful, private stretch of creek. It was stocked with everything we could have possibly wanted, including creek chairs. We were also excited to see several new additions, like porch swings overlooking the water and a large picnic table and fire pit by the creek. Ingredients for S’more’s were even provided! This cabin is definitely a gem!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. This little gem of a property is 50 min and a universe away from Nashville. Our family of 4 stayed for a quiet weekend. The beds and linens are 5 star hotel worthy. The cabin decor is eclectic and stunning. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked. The layout is perfect for a family trip or for multiple friends to getaway for a weekend together. Because of how the cabin is situated on the property you truly feel like you are in a tree house. The deck by the creek is serene. I drank my coffee and watched the kids (try!) to catch fish. Alyssa was so warm and kind and generous. We will absolutely be staying again. Could not recommend it more highly!

Lovely cabin. Adorable bunk house. Peaceful surroundings & large inviting deck. Hot tub was clean, the beds were super comfy and I loved the pillows. The toilet was cool and family favorite. We grilled twice, drove into Nashville everyday and DD took Uber back to the house one night. I highly recommend!

Didn’t get time to check out a lot of the property just because of rain, but everything we saw was beautiful, and the house was super cozy so staying in was nice too. Had a great stay.

Our 4th trip to the honeymoon cabin.and it never disappoints. Such a beautiful cabin in a great location. Super clean. Spent most of our time in the hot tub. Love the grill and fire pit. Also made a couple trips to the pond to fish and then enjoy the horses in the barn area where Stephen the cat joined us. The new side porch area with the hot tub is amazing.Its where we spent most of our time after grilling out. Leeloo the dog would occasionally join us on the patio for a friendly visit. We love coming back to this location and treat it like its our on.Kathy and myself can't wait to plan our next trip back.

The cabin was perfect and just what we needed! Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and very well kept. Stuart was great with communication and was so friendly. He checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed. It was the perfect little getaway!

Beautiful place, very well organized and clean.

The pictures just didnt do justice. The place was beautiful and homey. We were comfortable as soon as we walked in. The beds and bedding were so very comfortable. Best sleep in a long time. I like the addition of the white noise boxes in the bedrooms which helped block the cars going by on the road. I also appreciated the Qtips and cotton pads in bathroom. The whole area was beautiful. Plenty of space for a few people. Also love the kitchen table and my son loved the turning stools. Just postive energy and history. Place was also very easy to find.

Beautiful place. Easy access to the water and friendly neighborhood. The owner was very easy to talk to and answered questions within minutes.

We were in town for an event. The house was near the event and a welcome site after a long day. We hope to stay here again next year. It was a wonderful place.

Everything about this place was amazing. It was just what me and my family needed to fet away for memorial day weekend while i wasnt working. It had very nice scenery and everything was relatively close to get to. It was exactly how the post has it listed and we would highly recomend staying here.

This is a beautiful place!! When you walk in, you say Wow!!! Very peaceful and private, with many places to walk or sit outside and enjoy the countryside. Front porch, back large deck, firepit complete with smores, or at the end of your own large dock out in the pond/lake outside your front door!!! The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well!! Would strongly recommend staying here! Thank you!

We have stayed here a few time now and love this place. We will always stay here when we come to area. It is well worth the money and is very, very clean and feels like home. We always hate to leave.

My friend and I decided we needed a peaceful girls' getaway. A cabin retreat seemed perfect and this was the place for it. Super quiet, deep in the woods, about 20 minutes to get to Nashville. Super clean. Jaimie has thought of every little detail - including leaving some of her chicken's eggs! We a slight problem with the lights that surrounded the firepit and Jaimie was there in 20 min to fix the problem. Super friendly and responsive. Very cozy and comfortable. I had asked if I could check in an hour early as I was coming from WI and Jaimie had someone checking out that day but said she'd try to get it cleaned up in time and she did. Unfortunately, traffic was horrific and didn't get there until after 5 pm. My friend was coming from FL and we both said if we meet up again - this is where we're staying! I thought the price was very fair. Thanks Jaimie!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was this past weekend staying at Mack and Roxanne’s Deer Ridge Cabin for my B-Day getaway. They have gone above and beyond for sure to create a truly serene atmosphere for their guests. They even left a box of delicious cinnamon rolls with a card wishing me a Happy Birthday the day I arrived and invited me over for a celebratory B-Day drink; which was so lovely. The cabin was just perfect! It was beautifully and mindfully decorated and so clean and cozy. It had everything I could want and need. The outdoor area was peaceful and serene. I took advantage of all the little areas surrounding the property; including the relaxing hammock they put up, the lounge area right outside the front door and the ones by the BBQ and fire pit. Anyone looking for an opportunity to unwind, unplug and just have a true taste of peace and quiet for a bit, look no further!

The Lincoln house was just perfect for our needs. The beds were so comfortable and we appreciated that it was clean. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening and watching the birds in between driving around Dickson. Oh and in White Bluff, we highly recommend Salt & Pepper for the best breakfast and Bluffalo for the best coffee.

Our stay was absolutely great from start to finish. The house was clean, welcoming, and cozy; we felt right at home. Dena was very thoughtful and helpful. She made sure check-in was okay and that everything was as it should be and gave recommendations for the area. Would definitely book again!

We stayed at 2 of the cottages for a wedding in Dickson. They were clean and so cute! They were even better in person than the pictures! The area is very serene with a beautiful lake. The power went out when a storm came through, and Erin reached out to see what she could do, and she followed up with the electric company. Since we were attending a wedding that day, we went to a hotel to get ready, and Erin reimbursed us for the cost. The power was restored shortly thereafter. Even though Mother Nature threw us a curveball, Erin took care of everything! We couldn’t be happier with our stay in Dickson!

This place was exactly what we needed. We had the best R&R here and never left the site. Beautiful surroundings and property. Everything is just as described and has more amenities than expected. Cabin is well maintained making easy it to make yourself at home. Our family had the perfect amount of space. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and even spices - we cooked every meal so this was essential. The charcoal grill was great to have. This place really feels like we are in Gatlinburg without the high cost and miles on the road. We felt right at home and really appreciate our stay here! 10/10 will book again - most likely in the late fall!

I’ve never been so sad to leave an Airbnb! It was the perfect home base this weekend. It was quiet and secluded, which was a nice break from the city. The inside was nice and cozy when it was pouring rain while still offering plenty to do - and the hot tub had coverage for those rainy moments to still be able to enjoy some outside time, too. Absolutely loved the outdoor space to hang around the fire. The cabins were such a great expansion to the house because we all had plenty of room to spread out and do our own thing, too. We’re already hoping to make a trip back at some point. It’s obvious Steve and Clare put a lot of work and thought into this property. They had great recommendations and were appropriately responsive. When a bad patch of weather headed our way, they even sent instructions on what to do/where to go if the weather got severe. Really grateful for the thought they put into this Airbnb and our stay. Can’t recommend enough!

I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s cabin in Ashland! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The cabin was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. It strikes the perfect balance of cozy and modern — ideal for enjoying a peaceful retreat in nature while still being close to the charm of downtown Ashland. Kim was a fantastic host: communicative, kind, and clearly passionate about creating a great experience for her guests. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable bed and well-stocked kitchen to the little personal touches that made the space feel like home. I especially loved starting my mornings on the porch with a cup of coffee and ending my evenings under the stars. I left feeling refreshed and grateful — I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!
