Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests in an adjacent building. Pub 200 mtrs walk away.

Ideally placed for walking, cycling and sightseeing in the forest or on the coast, our airbnb is also near the historic city of Southampton. Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

On the edge of the New Forest, our fresh & comfortable guest house is the perfect location. It's a gentle 10 minute walk to the village where you will find a pub, quality cafe. The village of Hythe is nearby, 10 minutes to drive to picturesque Beaulieu and the Beaulieu Motor museum, bus and ferry services to Southampton. Calshot/Lepe beaches are only 5/6 miles away. Our apartment is in the heart of the city centre. It is close to all public transport, Oxford St, West Quay shopping centre, Solent University, Ocean Village & a short walk to the Mayflower theatre & many more other attractions. The apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers & families. 75m away is a multi story car park which is £5 for 24 hours. Roadside parking is free outside between 8pm and 8am. Includes wireless internet & Netflix.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Shakespearean Cottage with charm!

Beautifully restored cottage from the 16th century. Relax fully! We are a French family living in a house on the same grounds. We will have the garden in common but you will have your privacy in the cottage. We are 3 miles from the sea. The cottage will be a great base to explore The New Forest in the West (30 min), Portsmouth in the East (20 minutes away) and Winchester in the North (25min).
