Loved everything about this stay, we chose to walk to everything and it was amazing. Close to busses as well if you should prefer that. A wonderful view with a nice and clean apartment. Andy responds back fast and is very easy to talk with. We chose to stay two extra days and would definetely come back another time

The apartment is incredible. She provides everything you could need, iron, hairdryer, toiletries, even salt and pepper. Great use of space and fabulous view. It’s tricky to get to without transport. There are many, many, many steps up! Fine if you have a car or happy to get Ubers.

We had a very good time with Isabella. The house is really well designed, nothing is missing. The proximity to the sea is incredible. Very well connected to the center!

We had a pleasant stay at Anaïs and Julien's apartment, ideally located in a nice quiet residence. The apartment is very clean, functional, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The private parking space is a real asset in Menton! Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and well explained. Hosts were very responsive and always available when needed. We recommend this apartment without hesitation!

we enjoyed our vacation days at apartment number nine. From the apartment you have a great view of the sea. You can quickly reach the small village on foot. It has nice cafes and good restaurants everywhere. Only the street was rather noisy. Especially if you had the windows open. We will definitely be happy to come back.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

What a fabulous accommodation . The apartment and the building is lovely and nicely cared for. The view is really spectacular and the location is great. We enjoyed being between Menton and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. It is so walkable and there are all the necessities, groceries, banks and great restaurants nearby. Marco was there to greet us and navigate the garage! He continued to be super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Federico and Gemma welcomed us warmly with our dog and were present throughout with tips and advice. They even drew our attention to an upcoming storm and provided us with the garage for our vintage car in time. All in all very pleasant and everything according to the description. We'll be back.

A few steps from the sea and the center of Cogoleto (which can be reached with a pleasant walk), Raffaella's apartment is a small jewel. We really felt right at home, with all the necessary amenities. There's really nothing missing! The sofa bed is also spacious and comfortable. All necessary information is provided. Very quiet and green area, nice and kind neighbors. Raffaella and Aldo were available during our stay and friendly, we will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

We've had a great time, went Swimming, mountainbiking (Varazze is having amazing trails), enjoying the Sun and fresh air our wonderful holiday home. The view is fantastic, at springtime it was very quiet, the beds are supercomfy. You should be able to Do many Stairs

An exceptional apartment in an elegant villa from the early 20th century – spacious, stylish and full of atmosphere. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking, the covered terrace and the spacious park are a dream. A small path leads directly to the sea, from there you can get to the new pedestrian and bike promenade to Porto Maurizio. Ms. Bianca personally welcomed and said goodbye to us – an impressive hostess who does not live in the house, but was always there for us when we needed something. A place with soul, style and space.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.
