Himalayan Abode :)

SanjayRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We had a wonderful five days' stay at this spacious, clean, well-equipped and well located flat. There is a very nice jungle walk about a 10-minute walk away and, on a clear day, a stunning view of the Nanda Devi range. An added bonus was a clear view of Trishul from the balcony. Sulochana was quick to respond to any query (though we hardly had any). We did our vegetable and grocery shopping at the nearby market in Majhkhali, which also has a petrol pump, a post office and an ATM. Ranikhet is about 20 mts drive and it's about 90 mts to Kausani (the birthplace of the poet Sumitranandan Pant; his house is worth visiting). The flat is really peaceful, though not far from the main road. And, to add to our enjoyment, Kanchan (who does the cooking and care-taking) is a great cook! Her cooking was really a highlight.

Three Oaks: Retreat w/ scenes, games and home food

AbhisarRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Pranav's place turned out as unexpectedly great for a summer retreat. We spent 4 days there in a party of 8 (plus 2 drivers), and honestly, the place could fit in a lot more. The place is beautiful beyond what the pics could do justice. The games room is cherry on top with fully functional tt, pool, air hockey, foosball among others. The best part is the hospitality provided by the caretaker Premji and helper Devendra. The took immense care of us, cooked us wonderful meals and their professionalism went above and beyond. You just cannot go wrong with this place.

It's a great place to be with family and friends. Very peaceful, hence loud music lovers should avoid, enjoy the nature, bonfire and barbeque with blissful sunrise and sunsets.

The Himtal Cottage

Great getaway from all the noise, pollution and fast paced lives. It’s isolated and very private. Great place to spend quality time with family. Cook is also really experienced and makes exceptional chole bhature. It’s perfectly safe and family friendly. I stayed for 2 days with my family. Went for small hikes. The sunset point is a must visit. There is lot of nature walks and variety of flora and fauna. My favourite was the pink flower tree in front of the place which looked like Japan’s cherry blossom ( sakura ).

Kusumith Retreats I Panorama Villa | Stunning View

The property is good, but the service provided by the staff truly enhances the experience. They are always available to assist and guide you. The food, particularly the local Kumaoni cuisine prepared by Tara Singh, was a hit with everyone. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay.

Ankur’s cottage is certainly alluring & well maintained . It looks exactly as it is shown in pictures. The scenic view from the cottage is amazing. It is very peaceful & soothing. The small garden is very cute. Away from the crowd , this place is for nature lovers. Ankur is very responsible & a great host. He is very helpful & always available to solve any problem or fulfill any request. I would love to come back to the birdsong cottage again .😊

Bir Terraces : Utopia in the hills!

ShrutiRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Our stay here was honestly a dream! The property, the staff and the food were all better than we could have hoped for. Dushyant and Avanti have really spent the time and energy making sure their guests feel at home and taken care of! We spent 3 nights at the property. And we’re helped with recommendations for things to do (we picked a waterfall swim and the kasar devi temple), as well as taken of a beautiful sunset hike organised by the caretaker. We had fabulous company in their 6 dogs and 2 kitten and their amazing caretaker (Kalpesh) . All in all we wished we stayed on an extra day because no one wanted to leave this little slice of paradise. Some notes for future guests: - The journey was long but worth it, best to be prepped though with snack etc for the journey. - You’re in the midst of nature, so be prepped for nature to also make its way to your room. - the food is INSANELY good, bring stretchy pants. You’ll need them. It’s safe to say we’ll be back again soon!
