Sanju ji and family are the nicest hosts I have ever come across. I always felt at home, in Spiti, December snowfall, with temperatures around -27°C and bothering them for 10 long days. They made sure every single thing was covered. Starting from helpful suggestions of great spots, cooking some of the lip-smacking authentic dishes of Spiti, constantly providing firewood, helping me tarp my car from all around every single night and making sure we are well taken care of and then some more. We truly felt we were part of the culture and the spirit of the locals. I cannot recommend Khenzey Homestay enough. Situated on the other side of Spiti River away from the hustle bustle of Old and New Kaza in a quaint little place called Kawang Village. The place becomes a winter wonderland during snowfall! If you're a movie buff, you're in a for a treat during dinner, when the entire family sits around a cozy fire with delicious warm food, enjoying a good show on the TV!

We had an absolutely delightful stay—the location is stunning, incredibly serene, and surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The peaceful ambiance made it a perfect retreat. The host was exceptionally responsive, warm, and courteous, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail.

A sunlit room features large windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Wooden tables are arranged with cushions for seating. Soft lighting from pendant lamps enhances the cozy atmosphere. Natural elements are incorporated throughout the space, blending with the outdoor scenery.

Heavenly views That’s the best description I can think of. The trek up to the place from the road is a bit hard if you are unfit and when it’s dark. But the views are to die for totally worth the trek (would climb it 5 times over for the views). The place is very cozy and has ample space for 5+ people in each room …. It’s like two cozy duplex room with 3 beds on the upper deck and two beds below. You have access to a cafe with feels like it’s floating in heaven with the floor to roof windows with the best panaromic view of Tosh and the snowcapped(in the summer) mountains that nestle it in the sun rise We were able to see the Milky Way band, galaxies, so many stars, constellations, Jupiter, Saturn, Mars and so many trippy satellites at night crossing paths with each other with our naked eyes Amazing food was always available in the kitchen to go with the views. Chocolate pancakes, stuffed parathas, hot chocolate, egg maggi, pizzas, pastas, Chinese …. What more could you ask 😍😵‍💫👾

The property is very well maintained and care takers are extremely hospitable. Would definitely recommend this stay for vacation purposes. The view from the property was amazing and it's very near to the popular villages, Sharchi and Jamala. The property is quite far from the city centre so you will not find any cafes or modern structures in the near vicinity of the property. Overall, a good experience 👍🏽

The stay is amazing. The view from our room is surreal. You will be able to enjoy snow covered peaks and stars from the rooftop. Padma aunty made delicious home cooked food for us. Aman is a very responsive host. He also gave us great tips on the route to the location. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was the last stay of our itinerary, and we never thought it will be so peaceful. The place was so happening and so soothing. The best part was the food it felt like home. We really enjoyed the stay. The barbeque session was so awesome. Naresh was so helpful in arranging all the things we needed. He also guided for a wood fire pizza which is near to this place and it was a lifetime experience. The location is so peaceful and still untouched.

Ghnp tirthan homestay is tucked away in small quiet village in tirthan valley. To begin with, the property is extremely clean and has an amazing view. It is the perfect place to get away from your hectic city life. Coming to the food, amer is an excellent chef and puts all his love into the food he makes. You wil get to taste hygienic and delicious food here. Yuvraj at the property will take care of all you need to make your stay comfortable. Kishen will take care of your adventure activities and trek if required. Mr.Raj, the host is perfectly capable of making your stay at the property memorable. Falachan river is just 5 mins away from the property, where you can take a dip and relax. I spent my 5 days here in peace and completely recovered from the burnout of city life.
