House vacation rentals in Dewey Beach

Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

Very clean and spacious with all of the listed amenities. The condo is in a great location, conveniently located by a lot of restaurants and shops and less than 15 minutes from the main boardwalk at Rehoboth beach. Our host Ian was very accommodating and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here.

Debbie was a wonderful and responsive host. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a larger, multigenerational group. The bedrooms on the ground floor were a major bonus for my mom--who has mobility issues--and my sister, who has a new baby. The screened in porch and grill were also much enjoyed during our stay.

Let's see...if Martha Stewart had a rental cottage, it would look just like Lisa and Jay's carriage house. Everything from the splendid charcuterie board and Prosecco on ice that awaited us upon our arrival to the beautifully designed cottage and wonderful gardens helped create an amazing vacation that we will not forget anytime soon. Jay and Lisa truly paid attention to every detail right down to the perfectly placed English antiques, fresh cut flowers and towels so thick you could drown in them. Nothing was missing and their hospitality made you feel right at home. We had smiles on our face the entire time! This is now my new Happy place. The gold standard by which every rental will be judged....perfect hosts, perfect place..like I said...Martha Stewart. Thank you Lisa and Jay for making our stay a wonderful experience!! We will definitely be back to your Lewes Carriage House whenever possible!

My family and I had an amazing time at the Coastal Cottage! Between the awesome sound system and the heated pool, we almost didn’t want to leave the house to check out the local bars and restaurants! Steve is an incredible host. Super friendly and made the whole check in and check out process very easy. The only thing I wish were different is that we booked a couple more days! I highly recommend this place and know for certain that we will be looking at the available dates for our future trips back to Bethany Beach!

Perfect place to stay in Rehoboth! I felt it was much easier to get around the beach town from the location of this house.

Danielle’s place was just awesome. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Very spacious, bright and just lovely overall! The kitchen had everything that you could dream of. Whenever we thought, oh we need this and that, it was right there. The sunroom is a dream to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms had all amenities that you needed. We didn’t really use the backyard due to the weather but I am convinced that you will have a great time outdoors if the temperatures are right!! We will definitely try to come back!! Thank you!!!

We had a great stay at Karah’s! She was a very responsive and helpful host. The house itself is clean and well organized, the kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect. It is close to everything, but tucked away in a quiet, quaint neighborhood, perfect for families with kids that need a little extra space to roam! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Yue's airbnb and enjoyed Rehoboth. Harry, our host is very nice, was fast in responding to our questions;, and flexible regarding earlier check-in time. The place looks new, is spacious, comfortable and very clean. It is well located in a community area, close to stores, grocery stores, restaurants and beaches (about 15-20 minutes driving distance to Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk, Cape Henlopen State Park Beach). We are thinking of returning to Rehoboth next summer and if so, we would definitely stay at this place again.

We had the best stay! The house was so clean and the amenities were great! It was a short 5 minute ride to the beach and boardwalk. Having the beach chairs to borrow was so nice too!

To say this was anything shy of an amazing experience would be an understatement. I have never had a host so responsive and sweet. Courtney’s house was absolutely beautiful and the small details in her home made our stay cozy and warm. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two dogs and the house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need (the keurig machine stopped working our second day and she had one on our doorstep the very next morning, even though we said it wasn’t necessary) . The beach was a short 13 minute drive, the outlets were less than five minutes away and the restaurants were all within 15 minutes away. The neighborhood was situated in a very quiet community which made it very peaceful at night. I would 100% recommend Courtney’s home over and over. Thanks for an amazing experience!

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

We had a great short weekend and everything we needed and a great walkable restaurant and market.

My family had a great stay at Julie’s beach house. Fantastic location just 1.5 blocks to the beach and close enough to walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk and Funland (about 20 minutes). So nice not to have to drive anywhere! The house itself was lovely. The kitchen is a bit tight but was well stocked and more updated than it looks in the photos. We cooked at home every night and ate on the screened in porch with the string bistro lights on. We also loved the outdoor shower, which had great pressure and hot water.

We had the best get away! Eileen may be the best host we have ever had! We are lucky to have another trip booked in this beautiful house later in the summer. The whole weeoend was so relaxing, and peaceful.

Jill's place is so cute and perfect for a weekend beach getaway! Just a short drive or Uber away from both Dewey and Rehoboth beach. The location is also in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood away from the main strip. The place was super clean and comfortable. Jill also gave us a great breakfast recommendation (the Dewey Post). We would definitely stay at Jill's place again!

This place was a perfect stay for my group. It was the perfect distance from restaurants, bars, the beach, coffee shops, etc. The house was very spacious and comfortably slept my party. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

Megan’s place is amazing and in a great location. Fifers Farm Kitchen is right across the street which is perfect for breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Less than 10 minute walk to beach or the restaurants and bars. Super clean house and looks exactly like the pictures. Comes with beach chairs and a wagon to carry them in which is great.

We’ve stayed in many places in Bethany and Dominique’s was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in. It was also one of the best stocked houses! Bath products in the bathrooms, beach towels, bikes… I could go on and on. It was so nice to have those things in a rental. She was a wonderful and kind host, always communicative and going above and beyond. House was a very easy distance to beach and all the restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend!! Perfect place for a girls weekend. Ample sitting areas for games and chatting, peaceful and quiet neighborhood, within 15 minutes of several beaches and restaurants. Ravyn provided great recommendations for dinner options and was easily accessible.

I am new to Airbnb but l enjoyed the privacy and convenience of staying in a home. The accomindations were great and our host was responsive to our questions. The only problem we had was we lost the internet one night when the family wanted to watch a movie. I would certainly consider booking again.

This place was an absolute refuge! The weather was not great and we were able to enjoy the outdoors on the beautiful screened in porch which had space for relaxing and for dining The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for our family.

We had a great stay over the long Memorial Day weekend with our pup! The house is absolutely beautiful, new, and pristine. TJ was more than accommodating - with the early check-in to the snacks and coffee bar provided. The lights were even on, prior to our arrival, with light music playing. The fenced in backyard is beyond convenient, and we also spent some time on the front porch too. We will most certainly be back - thank you again for hosting us!

Lovely location, plenty to do and see. Wonderful alternative routes to take for a more scenic suburban drive. Couch was my comfy spot and furniture is very vintage but welcoming.
