Beach house vacation rentals in Dewey Beach

We needed a place to stay while we transitioned to Delaware. This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the beach, comfortable, very quite, and everyone was so friendly. We felt like we were at home even if it was a temporary stop. There was plenty of space and things we needed to make our stay smooth. Shane and Erin were helpful and wonderful hosts, they let us know of upcoming event's and if there was anything we should be aware of. I would recommend this place to couples or families. We stayed during the holidays and it felt magical to be there during this time.

We had a great time! My family decided to book this place for a little thanksgiving getaway. Although it was cold and could not enjoy the area as much, the view from the house is incredible!! Waking up to that view was so peaceful. I would imagine during the summer and spring is breath taking.

Eileen’s place did not disappoint. It was as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoors space. It was a great place for some rest and relaxation. Thank you Eileen for sharing you house with us and being a great host.

We had an absolutely amazing trip thanks to Jess and Tom’s beautiful home. The location/views can’t be beat, everything was very clean in the house, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We’re already planning next year’s trip!

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

This was my second time staying at John's and it was just a wonderful this time around. Easy walk to the beach, wonderful view from the deck onto the channel, and nearby restaurants and grocery store. My dogs and I love the location, layout, views, and amenities (dogs especially love napping in the sunshine on the deck), and will 100% come back in the future!

We fell in love the moment we walked through the door. Despite the weather was cold and extremely windy, we enjoyed our stay. the house was in the most beautiful location and there was so much to do. We enjoyed cooking, playing cards and napping in Shelly's home. Speaking of which, she is a top-teir hostess that cares. She was consistently responsive and you can tell she takes pride in her home. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come back!

We got a last minute chance to get away and saw Eileen's property online. She was very flexible with our our booking and with checkout. The house is exactly as pictured. It is in a relaxing and peaceful setting on the Bay. The property has every amenity you need. Eileen's touches helped to make us feel very welcomed. All the furniture and beds were comfortable. The screened in porch is a highlight along with being able to see sunrises from the bedroom each day. It is a very short walk over the dunes to the beach. We had a beautiful time and will be back!

Exactly as described, great space! Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen brand new and super high end appliances. Living room space comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Shawn and Terri’s air bnb went above and beyond my expectations! We decided not to stay on the beach this year but I didn’t realize that we’d still be right on the bay! There’s a peer overlooking the ocean that was just a five minute walk away. Not only that, but the community itself was private, peaceful, and had everything you could ever need to stay busy! There were two pools, ball courts, and playgrounds all walking distance. The residents were kind and welcoming. Assateague beach was a five minute drive away and restaurants only a ten minute drive! The main strip of ocean city was super close. The air bnb itself was clean and beautifully decorated. There were extra blankets, amenities, my son loved the cards and coloring books! All in all this was the perfect place to stay.

We had three families with five kids stay and the location was perfect! Having the pool next door was essential! The kids ran back and forth each afternoon! We had to drive to the beach but it only took us 10 minutes. layout was great. host was great. we will certainly be looking at this house again for future trips!

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

Lovely place to stay! My family and I had our Christmas here and it was the perfect space. It was comfortable, came well stocked, and had nice touches throughout the home.

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

Danielle’s place was just awesome. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Very spacious, bright and just lovely overall! The kitchen had everything that you could dream of. Whenever we thought, oh we need this and that, it was right there. The sunroom is a dream to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms had all amenities that you needed. We didn’t really use the backyard due to the weather but I am convinced that you will have a great time outdoors if the temperatures are right!! We will definitely try to come back!! Thank you!!!

This is a great property! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are clean, kept and very private. The house was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool accessories, & decorated tastefully. A lot of delicate artwork and intentional decor- (if traveling with a young child, one needs to watch them closely :) Re: the beds- my 7 year old described it as “sleeping on clouds!” - very comfy! The area is close (2-3 min) to outlet shops and a bunch of restaurants on Costal Highway 1 and about a 6 min drive to the Rehoboth pier. It’s also a central location to other neighboring beach towns.

Loved our stay! The house is in a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants and yet secluded and peaceful. The house was perfect for our family. A little yard space for the dog and we enjoyed the hot tub. Bill was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We hope to come back soon. Highly recommend!

We loved our preseason stay! Kayaking through the canals of the community was really fun. You can sit on the deck for hours. Would definitely come back.

Great stay! First the location was amazing: right on the bay with private beach access 1 house over, 10 minutes from grocery and convenience stores and great restaurants, 15-18 minutes from Bethany beach and boardwalk. Second the amenities at the house were perfect: so much communal space to relax, well stocked including kids toys/ play area, sand toys, bikes, kayaks, stroller, beach wagon, umbrella, beach blanket, everything we needed to entertain our toddler just steps to the sand and bay. Third, the house lay out was very accommodating for larger groups/ families. There were 2 primary suites (one on the upper level and one on the main level) both with large walk-in closets (with air vents) that had pack-and-plays set up in them. 2 smaller secondary bedrooms upstairs, but one also had a full kids bed in the walk-in that was decorated princess themed. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had most meals at home. Such a perfect spot, we will be back next year.

The house was great and Amber / Cody were extremely responsive. We needed a space heater and they had it to us within 2 hours.

What a truly incredible place and host! I can’t say enough about Kate’s responsiveness and the incredible space. We loved it and hope to be back again!

Great stay at Suzanne’s place. Easy access to both Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Dogs loved the private backyard, very quiet surroundings. Fully stocked with beach gear and equipment + bikes. House was clean and sprawling and accommodating. Thanks for hosting us!

We had the best time at Megan’s home. Everything was clean and Megan was very responsive. The house is beautiful and the view of the bay is breathtaking. It looks like a painting. Our favorite times on the trip were sitting on the back deck. It was the relaxing weekend we were looking for. We’ll definitely be back!

We've stayed here twice and plan on staying again. Nice house within easy walking distance of Washington Street mall and the beach. Great outdoor shower.
