The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
