we had a superb getaway, ideal for timeout and a recharge. everything was as described and the mattress was so comfortable. is now on our favourites lists to return back to.

The property was perfect, the pictures are lovely and they reflect the quality. The property once there is outstanding and very peaceful. It’s one of those hidden Gem AirBnBs, we loved the stay and will hopefully return.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at The Stables. It was just as beautiful as the photos suggested and a perfect location for visiting Bath. It was a simple hop onto a bus at the end of the drive and be in the city centre within 15 mins. The quality of the furnishings in The Stables were clear to see & made our stay that much more luxe to help celebrate my 40th birthday. We had great weather and took full advantage of the hot tub to relax after a long day exploring Bath. We had a couple of queries for Nancy during our stay and Nancy was very quick to respond in a very polite & helpful manner. Thanks for a lovely stay Nancy!

All round a lovely trip. It was peaceful and nobody else around us, where we could just switch off from the outside world. Check in was easy and the instructions of how to get there were very thorough.

Communication for excellent, as was the home made cake waiting for us! Lovely country location. Property was very clean and tidy, with plenty of towels, for the bathrooms and hot tub. Plenty of info provided on local pubs, restaurants and things to do. Guided ghost walk in Bath was great fun!

Nicola was a great, friendly host and the accomodation was very peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely return and highly recommended!

Great location in the middle of Castle Combe, to stay in a property with so much history was fascinating. The house was clean, everything worked, beds are very comfortable. Marlit replied promptly to our questions making everything very easy. We had a great stay.

I cannot fault this home! We all kept commenting on how lovely it was during our stay! It was a lovely location for visiting Paulton's Park (the main reason for our visit to this part of the world) and we also went to Stourhead which was beautiful, but the house made family time so easy and enjoyable. In the lead-up to arriving, I contacted Victoria quite a few times with some questions and she couldn't have been more accomodating of my baby brain! Thank you! we've already recommended it to friends! x

This place is really beautiful. It was clean, comfortable, plenty of space for one/two people, and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The garden area is beautiful. This place is like its own little nook and I felt very secure and safe here. I really appreciated the extra amenities — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine toiletries, cotton pads, makeup remover, lotion, milk, cereals, jam, butter, etc. It really is the most perfect place to stay in Bradford on Avon. It’s only a short walk into town and Marsha & David provide tons of information about the town and surrounding area in a big binder. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hope Cottage is amazing. The location is wonderful, the house itself has everything you need and makes you feel like you're staying in a proper British cottage. Sarah is an amazing host: she answered any questions I had very quickly and was just in general very kind. One thing to note: the house isn't built for tall people. I'm 181 cm tall (about 5'11) and I had to bend down a bit whilst going through doorways or using the shower. It didn't really bother me, but it's just something to be aware of. Whether you want a quiet retreat or a homebase to explore the area, this is an amazing place to do so!

Lovely stay, would definitely come back. The property had everything you could need and more. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

I was sad to leave! Lucinda’s place is fabulous - I felt right at home. Everything about her place exuded peace and comfort. Easy access to wonderful restaurants and darling shops. Lovely to just walk around Tetbury as well as easy access to Kemble train station where my colleague and I took day trips to Oxford and Bath. The bathroom was spotless and I took a bath every night in that wonderful tub. I wasn’t traveling with children, but Lucinda’s place is set up for children - books, high chair, toys - all lovely. I hope to go back!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation and a beautiful garden! Everything was spotlessly clean and there was more provided than I expected. Lucy is a fantastic host! I highly recommend this lovely place in a picturesque part of the country.

Had a lovely stay. Quaint old cottage, had everything that you could need. Great communication from Gillian, very helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Lyn and David are the most wonderful hosts! David build the home from the ground up and it is very beautiful! We loved how homely it felt, comfortable beds, views that are out of this world and a really peaceful place to be! We can’t thank you both enough for allowing us to share your slice of Mendip Hills beauty!! Lyn left some homemade scones which were to die for! We have to revisit as we didn’t explore all the amazing walks and Wells in more detail , and would not think twice to stay again. PS there is a beautiful little shepherds hut nearby with the same amazing views also built by David (Lyn said because he was bored!) Hopefully David remains bored, we look forward to his next amazing space/s. We highly recommend you visit!

We had a wonderful six days at Pat’s lovely property. Pat and Tony were great hosts, they made us very welcome. The area is very peaceful with lovely walks for us and our dog. We would certainly recommend the Wagon House as a really nice base to explore this lovely location . Regards Tony and Pippa

Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

We recently stayed here for my father-in-laws 60th birthday celebrations and had a lovely time. So much to do around the park and a lovely local area with lots of nice pubs to eat at. We ate at the old George inn one night and the food was lovely. We also had lunch at Balihoo during our stay and the food was so nice! The lodge was clean and spacious and felt like a home from home. Neil was very helpful and Jan was always responsive to my messages. My niece left her iPad at the lodge and Jan was very quick to let us know! Would definitely stay again.

We've just returned from another wonderful stay at this property in Long Sutton. As returning guests, we were delighted to find it just as perfect as we remembered. The location is stunning, offering peace and tranquility, and the property itself is immaculate. This time, we particularly enjoyed the pool and sauna – a real treat! We can't wait to return. Absolutely beautiful—both the house and the surroundings! To stay in such a remarkable, comfortable, clean and beautiful, old place right in the heart of the cotswolds—it was truly lovely. So peaceful and quiet! Rachel was a kind and helpful host right next door. Make sure you pay good attention to her directions to get there—it was a little tricky. Also, the ceilings in the bathroom, living room and dining room really are only about 6 feet, with doorways and other things even shorter. We’re tall and we still loved it but it’s definitely something to keep in mind. The kitchen and bedrooms were all much taller. We’d love to return one day and stay again!!! Thanks you!

Rosalind was a very friendly and communicative host. She offered a range of breakfasts and recommended some lovely local walks. The property was in a fab location with lots of nice walks/pubs nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and the house and grounds are lovely. Fiona is a helpful and freindly host. The pool was not available when we stayed but the weather wasnt great and quite chilly at times. There is wifi available but no phone signal but that didnt bother us. Would definatly recommend.

What a fantastic stay we had at Kate’s place. She was an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble for her. The pictures really don’t show how gorgeous it truly is & it’s so much larger than the pictures show. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back in the future xx
